I brought my 2 adopted children to McDonalds and continued through the drive through. They asked me to pull up because the fries were not ready. After 10 plus minutes I went inside because they had dropped my order in the past. I waited to see someone and they were busy. Finally a lady was putting her orders down near her drink station and I said, Excuse me and when she turned around, I asked her where my order was at. She said donāt yell at me. I told her Iām not yelling at you. Iām asking where my order is at. She proceeded to tell me, Iām not giving it to you and then told me I could leave and not come back. I said Mam I was not yelling at you but was trying to talk over the loudness. I am partially deaf. This lady was then telling the other employee that she did not care. She was talking loud enough for those waiting behind the counter could hear her. They witnessed her obnoxious behavior and were shaking their heads. At 69 years of age, I did not expect to be treated this way and the sad part of it all is it did not need to escalate to that point. It was over her interpretation of me asking where my food was. This incident occurred on 4/16/24 at approximately 11-11:30am, in case the Franchise owner, Regional or District manager or store manager would be interested to see who the shift manager was during this time. Iām guessing this person was the shift manager working at this time. Out of college I worked as a shift manager at McDonalds and understand the pressure at the beginning of lunch hour but nobody deserves to be treated like I was. This person needs to either be retrained or find another job where she is NOT working with the public!
Respectfully, Bruce not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo be fair let me inform you I'm not a big McDonald's fan to start with. Also this review is for visits months ago.
At this location I've had multiple mistakes on orders & the like. However corporate & the manager both contacted me to attempt to make it right. Overall they made a good effort. Sadly I've yet to be impressed with anything recently. In the past I've had a few decent Oreo shakes. Recently even those were sparse.
If you like McDonald's you may be happy with the food/service. If your not a big fan this location is unlikely to win you over. However as it's been a few months since my incident perhaps things have changed.
Due to the attempts to make things right I give it a 2 rather than the 1 I would normally have given; had they not tried so hard after what was clearly incompetence or not caring on the part of employees to make things right. At least on that end corporate &/or the manager at the time tried very hard to compensate. That is appreciated.
So if anyone has issues here I would recommend contacting them & they may make it right if things...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery friendly service. I took my child for lunch here. After of which she also applied for a job here. They were very helpful considering this was her first job application. The lunch was great. They were prompt and courteous. The facility was bright and cherry. Only thing I didn't care for was the future employee's in the back of the place where they were filling out another application and very loud dramatic and voicesterous. Most were teenage senior boys. The one boy African American was so loud as you walked past them all you could hear was his voice. Quite scared to know that they consider hiring such an unruly individual. Other then that it was a bright cheery clean environment but if they hire that individual I will request my child work at the other one on North Main St. Instead. That individual will make them lose my buisness and word of...
