Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Thompson

Terrible. Customer Service is terrible and workers are rude. Tried to pay using my phone at the drive-thr. Workers claims that you can not use a mobile pay app at the drive thru and only in store with no explanation. I did not want to leave my vehicle. I tried to contact the management company before leaving a bad review They have not responded to my concerns. This is for both Monticello locations. The only dunkin donuts that have not accepted mobile phone payments in the drive-thru. They refused to accept it after I previously paid by mobile phone app earlier in the week. In this day and age there is no reason to not accept mobile pay apps at the drive-thru which limits contact between customers...

I just moved to Monticello with my partner and we used to come here a lot. Every time we come we always have to ask to change something. The last 2 times the short girl with glasses literally rolled her eyes when I asked for more juice. If I originally asked for extra, shouldn't I get it? The 2 people working with one girl watched her take orders it was busy an they stood around doing nothing we went through the drive through line wasnt long at all no cars sat there for 10 min no one took order pulled up to window seen them sitting there watching the girl do all the work finally he came to window said we can take your order at the window you gotta order at the speaker i said i waited 10 mins at the speaker an then at this window for you to tell me go around...
