Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Tonawanda

Wasn’t given my card back in the drive thru, went in to get my card and checked my bank account to be on the safe side. Found an additional charge for what I assume was the for the order from the car behind me. Went back into the store to make them aware and ask what could be done. The manager on shift from the back said “we already gave her the card”. When the cashier I was talking to repeated herself and said again that I was charged for an order that wasn’t mine, the manager told her I was refunded and she would give me the receipt “if i wanted it”. She handed me the refund receipt without an apology for her incompetent staff. Will likely never be back to...

Food was normal Tim Hortons fare, with almost attentive service, but the location really struck me with the width of the aisle which, even though I’m not in a wheelchair anymore, it is still something I notice. Restroom had two restrooms, each was shown on door as being three kinds which really impressed me. Family/Female/Male for both was completely outside my norm so was thrilled to share how very clean and more than big enough for a wheelchair. I specifically came here (1025 Kenmore Ave) for a fruit smoothie. I used the drive thru. After waiting in the long line, I was told that they don't serve smoothies at this location, also the breakfast croissant sandwich was overcooked.. the bread was crispy and dark. The hash brown was missing the top quarter. I was very dissatisfied with my experience here. Probably won't return to this location especially if they don't have the full menu like...
