For out of towners like me - this is a food truck at a brewery. We got the one meat platter with ribs and the big tupper. One meat platter: Ribs were very dry and tough, worst part of the plate. Mac & cheese was very good, well seasoned, a little bit of heat (but I’m a wimp), pulled pork beans were great as was the cornbread. ($24) Big tupper: potatoes were very dry, worse part of the dish, burnt ends were tender and well flavored but a bit inconsistent- others were more dry, could have used more peppers and onions. Wouldn’t get again. ($23) Take away - I’d get burnt ends as my meat on my platter and be very happy. Service was quick, employees very friendly. Racquette River Brewing is a very cool location - love the big area for everyone to eat & the games inside for kids. Live music is always welcome. A bit loud but overall worth a visit!

Good food, good prices, at a nice waterfront park - no complaints! I ordered the "Little Tupper" from the "All Thrown Together" section of the menu, consisting of carolina pulled pork, mac & cheese, pulled pork beans, cole slaw, and chopped red onion. I'm from Rochester, NY, home of the "garbage plate." (If you dont know, look it up) The Little Tupper reminded me very much of that, but in awesome barbecue form. Very filling and tasty. Service was friendly and prompt. The food was ready almost as soon as I was finished paying. I recommend to anyone in the area or passing through in the mood for BBQ.

Porkbusters hit a home run in catering our daughter's post-wedding BBQ for 120+ people in Saranac Lake. Mike was super flexible with my multiple changes (the party kept growing!) and handled changes quickly, answering texts or emails sometimes within minutes. The delivery staff was on-time and courteous. Our guest's are still commenting on the beef brisket! All sides (potato salad, cole slaw, beans and Mac and cheese) were DELICIOUS! Cornbread a hit with everyone. If you have a catering need, these guys/gals won't disappoint.

I had the PorkBusters crew cater my wedding. I am not joking when I say it was the smoothest part of the whole experience. When our vegan cousins RSVP’d last second, they said “no problem. we have veggie burgers.” When one of our guests asked if they could have a comprehensive ingredient list to see if there were any allergens they needed to avoid, they said “Chef Hank can answer those questions PERSONALLY.” Between manic decorating with cumbersome fairy lights , frantic drives to the dollar store pick up last minute complimentary bathroom supplies (who would have thought?), and rain showers during the ceremony courtesy of tropical storm Debbie, the boys at Pork Busters delivered zen in the form of juicy smoked half chickens and the moistest corn bread this side of the Mason-Dixon line. Chef Hank showed up, asked where to set the buffet, and that was it. Everything else was taken care of. When asked if I was “100%” satisfied with their service. I said I was 110% satisfied and so were our guests. I recommend this for any stressed out, over-worked bride out there who is to busy trying to glue on her own acrylic nail set to tell a caterer how...

My husband and I just had PorkBusters at our wedding on 6/10/23. Not only was Mike responsive and personable the whole entire time that we were in communication, he was flexible with our schedules and quickly made adjustments when needed during his busy work day as well. The atmosphere that they present even on the phone is so comforting and stress free especially when deciding on what caterer to have at your wedding. I did not worry one second about our food when working with PorkBusters for our wedding. Chef Hank was down to earth, hard working during our reception and all around respectful and friendly to every guest. I would absolutely recommend not only their delicious food, but their service as people and chefs. From growing up in the south finding real BBQ and cornbread is hard to come by now being in New York and this hands down is the best I have had. Thank you PorkBusters for the amazing food, service and friendliness. Wouldn’t trade our wedding day with you for anything else! Go eat...

AMAZING food, service and communication with Mike and Chef Hank! They catered our daughters wedding in the Adirondacks in late August in the middle of a countywide power outage and brutal rain and wind storm. They came with their own generator, which Hank set up super quickly, rolling out DELICIOUS appetizers immediately; watermelon/cheese, BBQ Waldorf Chicken Sliders, Deviled Eggs w/bacon and Caprice skewers with balsamic vinegar reduction. Dinner was set up soon thereafter; BBQ Ribs, Pulled pork, smoked chicken quarters, honey corn bread, Mac n’ cheese, baked beans in Kentucky BB sauce and sweet and sour green beans. The food was out of this world good! Chef Hank packaged all leftovers up after the evening was done and we split it up between all of our guests and feasted on it for the next 3 days! On top of all of that deliciousness, the cost was extremely reasonable! You can not go wrong with Pork...
