TERRIBLE FOOD & SERVICE. If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. They don't even deserve a 1 star. Stopped at their buffet yesterday after we couldn't get into the Del Lago buffet because my cousin wasn't 21. The buffet food looked like it had been sitting all day. I got mash potatoes and corn, was going for the gravy, but it was hard on the top so I grabbed some chicken drums. My girlfriend is 7 months pregnant and went to eat the chicken that was completely uncooked inside, while I ate a bite of the mash potatoes with hard corn. The food looked like slop that you see on jail movies and shows on TV. I asked for a manager and said I'd pay for the drinks. The cashier said she would get the manager so I waited. 15 minutes went by of me standing there, and was finally told, " They were disputing it now." I then went back to my table and asked the lady that came up if she was a manager, she replied, "No, but here is your bill." I said I'll pay for the drinks and she says, " Oh, ya, well need a manger for that," that I now had been waiting 20 minutes for. I never seen any manager anywhere and was starving and wanted to go to Arby's as it has better reviews then this place. I was finally given my $6 bill for two fountain drinks and went to cash out. As I was waiting now for the cashier, the guys behind me were saying how one of them was sick to his stomach from the food and wanted to get something from the gas station instead. NEVER GO...

Went in last night 11/02/2024 the waitresses didn’t seem to enthusiastic ordered our meal there was four of us she brought us our drinks shortly after the meal came .one of us had ordered the grilled pork chops they were not cooked to his liking (which they were under cooked ) sent back to be cooked longer food came back we all ate never once did the waitress ask how things were or if we needed more drinks (refills) we finished eating she brought the check. And this is where it gets good !!! So the gentleman I was with gets up to pay with the check in hand she kindly takes it from him mind you he is standing right there next to the register podium and as he is waiting to sign she walks past he as if he isn’t standing there and places it on the table and turns and walks back to the register , she never said anything !!! I got up and the friend of mine says you have to sign I said ya make an “ X” and walked out !!! It was extremely rude to not acknowledge he was standing there even though she took the check and card for payment!!!! And to not say anything as she placed it on the table to be signed!!! Ordered the steak dinner steak had no flavor bake potatoe ordered cheese and bacon on it they forgot it had to go take the whole plate back just to put cheese and bacon on it came with garlic bread and another side garlic bread didn't even taste like it had garlic on it way to soft and the cole slaw some kind of zesty slaw tasted like they put hot sauce in it and stirred it yuk my mouth was on fire I don't eat spicy food. never again so replaced it with Mac and cheese bowl Mac and cheese was way over cooked also charged me for another side cause I didn't eat the coleslaw I think really the only thing I really liked was the lettuce and thousand island dressing with cucumbers which by the way was over 6 dollars way to much I think for maybe a hand full of lettuce. The waitress was kind and accommodating just don't think I should of paid extra for another side when my meal came with two guess if you don't eat what you order weather you like it or not your gonna get charged for something else. Ya I don't think I'll go back there was our first visit also...
