Disappointed and Frustrated – Will Never Return

Our recent visit to this restaurant was an absolute disappointment. After being seated with our two young children (ages 1 and 8), we were completely ignored by the staff. Despite the restaurant not being overly busy, we sat there for an extended period without even being acknowledged for a drink order. Meanwhile, we watched in disbelief as multiple parties who arrived after us were promptly served with drinks and food, while we continued to be overlooked.

It was shocking to witness the complete lack of attention and disregard for our table, especially with young children who were getting restless. It's unacceptable for any establishment to treat its customers with such indifference.

We eventually had to leave without ever being served, and I can assure you, we will not be returning. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it speaks volumes about the poor management and training of the staff. If this is how you treat families, I can only imagine how you treat others.

This was not a good experience. Classic Poutine..gravy was extremely salty and most likely out of a can. The Mac N Cheese was the worst I ever tasted. The noodles were coated in butter. There wasn't any cheese sauce. Maybe it separated. Only little clumps of cheese mixed in. I can't describe it other than it was gross. Turkey entree...also gross. Gravy was very salty and probably from a can as well. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant from a box and the turkey was off putting. The only thing I can think of to describe the turkey is that it was processed, deli turkey breast sliced very thick. The best thing on that plate was the roasted baby carrots. ...

Me and my friend would devastate them two months ago when our favorite waitress told us that we could not get eggs benedict because you guys took it off the menu. That is our staple meal when we come three times a month we have tried other eggs benedict and your eggs benedict top them all we could not find any restaurant that top your eggs benedict. Your loyal customers missed their eggs benedict so we asked to reconsider and put it back on the menu customers would really be happy. That is my only complaint the waitresses are wonderful.
