Subway — Restaurant in Town of Union

I and my family where very disappointed with this Subway. We are staying at a local hotel near this subway located in the Walmart. I sent a written list of exactly how we wanted our 3 subs and a salad. It seems that 1 sub was missing spinach & banana peppers. The 2nd sub had no mayo on it as well as banana peppers. The 3rd sub had almost no dressing. The salad had no Ranch dressing, no dressing at all, no spinach. The paper had each item written on it. When I called I spoke with the manager. She is who prepared our order. She was given the paper. You'd think if she was having a problem reading anything she should have asked my husband but didn't. When I spoke to her she said that my husband was right there while she prepared our order. That's it blame the customer for her inability to prepare an order written out. I have never had to deal with an employee blaming her customer for her mistake. She should not be a manager and if she is unable to fill a written order maybe she should work in a...

Only gone to this one twice, the first time went good, but the second time was terrible. The dude making my wrap put guacamole on it without asking if I wanted it or not, the two people working kept going back and forth between all of the different customers so the wait took awhile and it felt like I was standing there for awhile with my wrap just sitting on the counter while they went to talk to the other customers in the back of the line.
