This place used to be where I went for phone issues. There used to be a bigger, but super sweet and nice kid in a cap running the desk who was always really helpful, quick, and attentive. Now they apparently have an Indian guy manning the desk. He absolutely sucks. He was rude, didn't listen to what I said when I came in and started talking, and was gas lighting me and telling me that I paid less than what was owed on my bill which wasn't true and it turns out that it was him reading the information from my phone incorrectly along with incorrectly reading the information posted to my account. He had the nerve to be upset that I was upset when I pointed out his mistakes (that could've easily been solved by listening to what i was saying and reading information correctly). Thank god there's multiple metro pcs in town. Went to the one downtown. Much more competent guys there. This is the type of situation that makes someone want to change companies. Let's not kid ourselves, this area is much more Verizon friendly then it is for anything under t-mobile and sister companies. Won't be coming back...

Not only is the service extremely fast, I only pay a third of what I did with my previous carrier. No exaggeration, a third. I brought my phone back in June for help with Google Playstore--they were so helpful. I just stopped in again for a question on my Settings & again they were very helpful & quick.
