The owners of this business are extremely rude unprofessional and do not deserve anyone’s business. All we did today was try to cash it out a credit after they burned our pizza back in December. At that time my wife told them that she had Cancer And needed the delivery person to drop the pizza off in front of the house. Today they tell me that they cannot cash in my credit because it was past a month which I have never heard of any Twintrees in other areas doing that. On top of that they never told us we had a month. When I asked to speak to the owner a rude man came on the phone claiming that we were using a cancer card to get a deal on our last orders back in December. Come to find out the person I was originally talking to was his wife and he believed her. I will never order from twin trees Baldwinsville in any way shape or form. Anyone with cancer should not order from them as they treat you Like a second-class citizen. In fact my wife does he have stage cancer And she only wanted to be socially distanced on the delivery not special treatment. It is very sad that nowadays places like this treat people this way. All they needed to do was fill the order and give the credit that they promised. Again I will never do business with Them...

We ordered pizza and wings at twin trees b'ville restaurant we do this two or three times a month the wings were supposed to be med. They were not, and they were dry so we called and I told them the problem they said there was no manager to speak to and call back the next day.so I did got the same story.I called back the next day finally got one of the owners he said he had to look up the receipt and he would call back shortly he did not.so I called back yet another time a lot of trouble for 24 wings so he told me he did not have the receipt so he could not call me back. I gave him my number!!! I had the feeling he did not want to make good on their mistake.I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. Their are many pizza places in b'ville. Pizza was good. Wings were terrible. They didn't listen to how I asked them to be cooked, I asked for crispy, they were slimy and just gross. They only put 3 small slices of celery in each bag. I have never in my life seen a pizza place skimp out on celery like these guys did. Logged online went to their direct website. Ordered their deal which showed 37 bucks and then the lady say's "oh we never updated our prices but the price went up a year ago, it's 47 now" - absolutely insane how a company doesn't see an issue with not having correct pricing.
