Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Verona

So I go to this dunkin every morning to work. Never had an issue until now. So this morning I went to dunkin with a buddy of mine. We both were gonna pay off our cards. So basically had to make 2 separate orders. As I get up to the order box and tell them I have to make 2 separate orders they tell me they can’t do that thru the drive thru and have to come inside. I ended up making just the one order outta the two. When I got up to the window, One of the ladies tells me that they can’t do that through the drive-through and if somebody was doing it there that they’re not supposed to I told the lady I have never heard that at all my whole life. I’ve made two separate orders at other Dunkin’s and other fast food restaurants in the past. Also the other people that were there working were giving me dirty looks as well.. also It wasn’t like they were busy with other cars in the drive thru there wasn’t any. So basically, yeah, the lady basically told me that I would have to go through the drive-through again to make my other order which I did not do. I ended up going down the road to the other Dunkin. To grab my other order when I got to the second Dunkin, I asked the worker there if they can do two separate orders through the drive-through and they told me yes absolutely and they were about ready to take down another order and I had to tell them no, I just had a question because of what I dealt with with the first Dunkin. The second. Dunkin told me that they lied to me and they’re just being lazy so I will not be going to this first Dunkin for quite some time now. In the end, you signed up for that job either do your job right or go find a different job that’s that plain and simple. I don’t like some stuff I have to do at work, but I do it anyways because that’s my job....

I ordered a toasted plain bagel and asked for my cream cheese on the side as I wasn’t eating the bagel right away. I noticed it was almost $3 extra. So when I got to the window I asked if it was really $3 more for it on the side instead of just on the bagel? If anything I’m doing yall a favor doing it myself why would I get charged for that? She said “yes it’s $1.30 each for extra cream cheese.” I told her that I just wanted it on the side, so if there’s already going to be cream cheese on the bagel I don’t need extra on the side. I was extremely disappointed when I opened my bagel 30 minutes later to see no cream cheese at all. I was nothing but polite and never ask for anything extra, I was just waiting to eat because I was driving. I worked at Dunkin and I still work in customer service, and if I was misunderstood it goes a long way just to clarify what...

Friday we rolled through and stopped at our traditional place. The one across from the giant bull statue, I think it’d be called a statue. The latte machine was not working! Omgoodness! The two gentlemen working were so kind. They found an alternative and gave me a donut for the cranky guy, also called my husband, waiting in the car. Sunday we went in, as usual, on our way home. Still broken. Oh the horror. The woman working was so pleasant. When I went to pay the store clerk for my road food of choice, they worked on my drink. I went and she gave it to me on the house.
