Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

On 4/1/23, at 6:45pm, my friend and I went into Starbucks and had a terrible experience with their customer service. An Asian gentleman was working the computer and when we went up to order he stated the computer wasn’t working and we needed to put in our order through the app. I explained to my friend that it was probably because of some power issues and he was like “nope not really sure” in a rude way. We then put our order in and waiting on the side for it to be finished. When he got done making our drinks he set them down, without saying who it was for, and threw the straw down with it. I then told him he was being really rude, and I walked out. I am not sure why whenever anyone walks into a starbucks they are belittled. Never have I had that issue with going to a Dunkin location.
