Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Vestal

Extremely rude staff. Did not get my order right, and did not make of one my drinks. After 30 minutes of wait, I had to ask the barista where my drink was. They then proceed to make one, and get the wrong one. I ordered a venti Match Frap, they made a Grande Frappuccino. I asked them if I could get my Venti frap made, because I order a VENTI. The barista poured the grande Frappuccino they made into the blender, added milk and make it into a new drink. They drink tasted blunt af. Most importantly, she remade the drink with an attitude. On point! Made my drink honey specification. I can't have caffeine and they altered it so it still tasted great...without caffeine! I was at a competition store the other day and they gave me a drink I asked for decafe...with caffeine and had to dump it. So kudos Starbucks for making this girl so happy so I could enjoy a festive holiday drink without the worry you made my day! Thank you it...

Currently this location is closed, for the day,they are temporarily closed a lot during the day because they're understaff and employees are on break.Thats pretty unprofessional for a business.Not my favorite Starbucks to visit,they seem to always be out of the strawberry...
