I will agree with other reviewers on the fact that this location is on the slower side. It seems that many times I go inside theres one barista on bar trying to accommodate both the drive thru and the inside customers. With that knowledge, you just plan on being there for atleast 10 minutes. Maybe that's management or maybe it's a corporate policy that believes theres not enough volume to have that many people on staff. I come from long island and some stores there see as many people in 10 minutes as this store sees in 3 hours. No stars knocked off for this because this review is based on my overall experience at this location.
I unlike other reviewers, have never had a bad experience at this location. Every person has always been friendly maybe due to the fact that I'm always friendly with them. Treat others how you want to be treated. Hint hint. I've had drinks made wrong that they were all happy to fix with a smile. Several of the staff know me by name and always ask me how things are going. It's always a friendly experience here. So slow down, prepare to spend a few extra minutes inside and enjoy a nice chat with one of the staff or the person next to you. It would be an understatement to say that with that, and the temporary closure of a nearby location that usually shares some of the traffic, that they were slammed. For the duration of my longer than average stay the entire team remained cheerful to every customer no matter how rude or impatient and did not get lost in the weeds despite being very much over capacity in every respect.
They did their best to keep everything moving as quickly as could be expected and i cannot think of a negative word to say for them.
Shoutout to their lead who kept an eye on in store capacity and social distancing for both fire and covid respectively and asked those who could to wait out side and stay apart while they made rounds to call out mobile orders.

We asked for whip cream on both when we ordered and again asked when we were given our drinks and we were assured that they both come with them normally. We drove for a few minutes before taking a sip and realized that neither of our drinks tasted like they had whip cream so I took the lids off and sure enough neither of them did. We spent $7 on these drinks, asked TWICE for whipped cream and still didn’t get what we ordered.
