Sweet Times Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Victor

Stopped in for the first time with my wife for a little quality time at a cute bakery. Walked in and was immediately met with glares from the women working there... The customer service was as dry as their Panini sandwiches. There was no "hello, welcome in" "is this your first time with us?" No welcome or standard service etiquette. Not one word was spoken. I may have tattoos and gauges, however I run a multi-million dollar company and am highly educated in business etiquette. I was shocked to find that the sweetness I was trying to receive from a cute local bakery was lost in their dry cookies. We did not feel welcome and my wife and I were very disappointed. With this "service" model I fear you folks will not last. You've lost our business and we live in Victor... Bad move imo... Not a good look. Hopefully you'll learn to be more inclusive and inviting. Plus your prices...

I've been coming to Sweet times for the last couple years and I am never dissappointed. What really prompted this review was the order I placed today at peak lunch rush. I had an order for 12 people with special add-on's to many of them. The woman on the other end picked up the phone and without missing a beat was happy to help. For being a smaller sized place I can't say enough with how easy she made the process. I went and picked up the food shortly there after and they boxed up the entire order making it all the more feasible for me to bring it back to my hungry colleagues. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Highly Reccommend their Chicken Pesto Panini's as well as their Southwest Salads. Thanks for always being one of our favorite go to's over at...

My former work place. I love this place because of the homemade food. I went on a day off from my current job to see past co workers. I got the Bacon Tomato and Cheese it usually has Swiss and cheddar I switched the Swiss for provolone. They had their chili with cheese. I paired that with their homemade Italian bread. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try this for the first time. They also have cakes and cupcakes, cream puffs and cookies there is so many things for everyone to try. My favorite is the chocolate cake with peanut butter filling and peanut butter frosting with crumbled peanut butter cookies and chocolate...
