I had called and stated I was looking to stay under a certain number got there and all he had was 1000 and up for financing smh dont do it, since the owner felt to leave a lie saying im lying the reality is I told him I was looking for something that was about 200 and didnt want an expensive mattress he said sure i have all prices of matresses i can get you into something im sure! During the appointment he had a brand new baby half distracting him and went to the show floor and kept showing me mattresses that he wanted to sell, when I reiterated that I was looking to stay under 200 he said well the only ones I have are here (in a corner, a pile of flat mattresses looking like the salvation army should have them on their floor, smh). I dont have a reason to leave a bad review except for the fact that im paying on a mattress that with interest ended up costing more then 1000..... so no im not lying im telling the realistic truth I should have been stronger willed to say no and be adamant but he looked pathetic trying to sell mattresses with his new born saying hes trying to provide for his family, saying he has great deals but the deals are only great for t him, when I tried to cancel the koalifi contract and have the product NOT sent to me he harassed me saying he did now want to cancel the deal and that he would not beable to cancel yet koalifi said I could he still purposely delivered the box and then told koalifi I had the delivery. So due to the headache I kept the mattress have been paying it down for the last year smh. Ill never come back that's for damn sure. I never wanted payments, he said id pay 800+ but I could do early pay off, that anything that cost less would be only what he had in his corner and not worth it to buy, his demeanor changed when I told him I no longer wanted the mattress and wanted to cancel, I blocked him and told him I didnt care what would work for him, I didnt want it,...

Parker is the best! We went into Mattress by Appointment pretty sceptical on what was going to happen. We found him on Facebook Marketplace. We arrived to his showroom and its fairly barebones. He hasnt been open too long the contractors were busy working. The mattresses are on display for you to try out. He assures you to take your time. He wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you want a salesperson who isnt going to pressure you, who is knowledgeable about there product...this is where you NEED to go. Parker has a great location in Victor with one stop shopping. You go home with what you want, not what a pushy salesman thinks you need for him to make a $$. He is honest and by far a great guy. Mattress by Appointment is a must stop when wanting to save money on a new bed. Avoid those going out of business sales they are all full of crap! The big box stores are going to charge you for all that overhead. Save money.. Mattress by Appointment give Parker a shout. They even have financing. Straight to the point but wished he would’ve went over more options with me. We like the bed we chose but after everything I’m spending more than expected (an extra $100 a week if I want to pay it off in the 90days). He does have great deals, saved over 50% on the mattress, but if we could’ve spent more time speaking on the reoccurring bill after and found something I’d better be able to manage would’ve made it a five star. Looking back felt like he was happy about a potential big sale and ran with it.
