Four Brothers Restaurant & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Warwick

Love the food but every time we order delivery it takes an hour and a half to just leave the pizza place. Food always arrives cold. Will be going elsewhere for delivery. What a shame.

Thanks for the response but it isn’t the first time we’ve waited 2 hours for delivery of cold food. This time I even called after an hour and a half and the person who answered the phone told me that the delivery lady just left. When I said it’s been almost two hours and last time this happened the food arrived cold, the girl said I know, I understand and handed the phone to another woman. This woman tried to blame my address as the reason for it arriving cold. She didn’t know if the driver would be coming to me first because I’m at the furthest of your delivery area. The lady was rude and not at all concerned about my complaint. She blamed me!

I wouldn’t even mind waiting the 2 hours but the food is cold when it finally gets here. This is a service issue you need to address, especially based on other reviews I read below.

I just had the best Veal parm hero in my life the sauce was delicious, the bread was fresh, the breading was perfect not over spiced or under for that matter, and the veal was cooked to perfection it was tender and the flavor was amazing ( veal parms usually are chewy like eating a rubber tire from most places, that's why I don't order them anymore) I am so happy I did from Four Brothers tonight. This evening was a five star experience all the orders were great the delivery was fast and the lady on the phone was pleasant, the less then five star rate was because other nights have been less, not much but none the less, and not because of the food the foods always good its just other minor things that add up but this newer up and coming restaurant is a great place to get your food from and I'm sure soon I'll be more than happy to give...

I ordered delivery one of the dinners came with a salad. Of course, the order arrived short the salad. I called them immediatelly and they promised that as soon as the delivery person arrived back to the store rhey would send him withxtje salad. Two hours i called them back to inquire about the salad. She told me that the driver was told to come back with tje salad. But since he was too busy he did not come. Being as nice as i could be, we then agreed that i would call them the next day to tell them when to deliver the salad. I called the next day and she saidctjey were too busy and wpuld deliver tje salad if i was going to order something else. I was at a loss for words. I gave her a piece of my mind and told her to just keep tje salad. Its really too bad that they have no clue about customer service. Cause the food is pretty good....
