When your order is correct things are great but unfortunately I’ve had numerous problems with deliveries regardless if I’m order thru their website the phone or an app. Each time they refuse to fix it. The customer is never right and you always end up paying and are never able to eat your dinner because “they” are always right. Example ordered an extra toasted sub. Sub wasn’t toasted at all and didn’t come with one of the two sauces on it and the cheesed wasn’t even melted but was told “ the girl said she toasted it nothing we can do about it.” Another time we didn’t get our cookies. “ You can’t prove that” no refund no cookies brought to us. Many times it took well over an hour and we had to call to find out where our order was and they always arrived cold when we did so doubtful it was because they were busy and behind. The part that brothers me the most is they don’t care at ALL when they make A mistake and you WILL suffer for it. This is my final time eating there which they don’t care about. I order there every week. There response was ok have a nice night. I worked my whole life in customer service in Management and have never seen such poor treatment...
Read moreI ordered 2 large pizzas and 30 wings. One pizza was plain with double cheese and the other mushrooms, sausage, and double cheese. When I picked it up I asked if they had double cheese and she said let's look so we looked at the pizza with mushrooms and sausage and it looked like it had a good amount of cheese. When I got home and me and my sister both had a piece of the pizza with mushrooms and sausage. It was not cooked all the way, the dough was very gooey. Very under cooked. So I called Tony's pizza and the manager answered the phone, when I told she said, I looked at the pizza and said it looked good and she had no complaints of that so she wasn't going to do anything about it. How can you tell a pizza is under cooked by looking at it. After explaining that to her she did give me my money back, but her giving me a hard time and making me very upset, with her thinking I'm making it up was very upsetting. Read moreI usually get delivery from this location but decided to stop in on my way home from work earlier this week, I wish I hadn’t. The food is always good but while waiting for my take out order it seemed like someone was about to get into a physical altercation in the kitchen. A young man was throwing things and getting very aggressive towards his coworkers with extremely foul language. I almost left before getting my food because I couldn’t tell how much more it would escalate. It was a taller man with a beard and I know this because he walked out into the parking lot to continue having an outburst. It was extremely uncomfortable for everyone there and eating. The food was good per usual but I don’t see myself coming here again anytime soon, there’s plenty of good pizza around that I can get without having my appetite ruined while waiting for it.
