Subway — Restaurant in Town of Whitestown

On Sept 19, 2024, I got a whole sub on piece of bread that was so hard that I had to scrape off the bread and eat the partial made tuna. I asked for a manager- no manager so, I asked for the franchise’s name or number- again - No! What I received was Hunter in Whitesboro New York said he couldn’t help (all I wanted was a sandwich made correctly with new bread) and put Mike on the phone who said, “This is his best friend, Mike and I don't know what you want, you’re not going to get anywhere.” And hung up the phone on me. placed an order through the app and even had a half hour window til I arrived to pick up the subs, app said it was ready for pick up. I get there and there is three cars in the drive thru, 6-7 people standing inside (three of them waiting for subs for about a half hour). I waited for 20 minutes and the worker was still making subs. I had to abandon my order as I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to wait a half hour+ for two subs. Not the workers fault by any means, they are severely understaffed. I think the women at the counter were working extremely hard to make everyone happy. I know this because I went through the drive thru first, and the girl there her name was Tara was extremely rude. I tried pressing the button and asking for help. She basically said yup it's right on the screen I need to read. I tried to explain the sandwich I wanted there was no option for but she continued to talk over me. I cancelled my order and stormed inside. The wonderful woman at the counter did make my sandwich correct and I left. There was no reason at all for someone to be that rude, maybe if she had listened to what I wanted then she would have known I couldn't...
