McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Williamson

This McDonald's is THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER and truly doesn't even deserve 1 star!!! We went to pick up breakfast for 3 people, sat in a long line (they said they didnt know people were waiting in line that the drive thru sensor wasn't working) I had to repeat the order 7 - 8 times before it was read back correctly while the employee got an attitude over it. After a lengthy wait of about 20 mins I got the food and returned home. After opening the bag I discovered that not only was all the food cold BUT the STEAK, EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL with Extra Onions, had NO Egg or Onions AND The Bagel Was Burnt. Not slightly brown but Very BURNT! I called the store 3 times to no answer and to be hung up on twice after them saying hello. I took the sandwich back, the store was full of very unhappy people waiting for their food, people who came in returning their cold and messed up orders, people trying to get their correct order and one lady said her fries were old. By the time I got to speak to the Mgr I was told breakfast was now over and had to settle for a hamburger, which then took another wait of at least 20 minutes. There were no apologies and when this "breakfast no breakfast" burger made it back home, it too was cold! THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE AND QUALITY EVER! DO NOT STOP HERE! Gas station food that sat all day would be much better! McDonald's has been around for many years but with the service at several different McDonald's and the prices of their now sub-par offerings, this looks like this may be the end of their reign! Whoever owns the Williamson, NY store i hope you care and read this because your management...

Whatever you do, DO NOT get Fillet-o-Fish from this location. My husband has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and has repeatedly warned me about McD's habit of leaving their fish sandwiches sitting, which means they sit around growing bacteria all day like little edible Petri dishes. But our 6 year old loves them, so when we decided we didn't want to cook yesterday I sent him to get both of us Fillet-o-Fish. Our luck finally ran out. It is NOT fun picking fish chunks out of your child's hair at 1am. She was sleeping when she started throwing up without warning. There was literally vomit on her eyelashes when I got her in the shower, where she threw up again right after I got her cleaned off. She was covered in fish chunks. We didn't even bother trying to save her pajamas or sheets. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever had to deal with in my years as a parent. She finally stopped throwing up around 3am, though I suppose she's the luckier of the two of us because she's mostly recovered and I'm still queasy and can only stomach crackers and ginger ale. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get fish sandwiches from this location. We will never get McDonald's fish sandwiches again...

Williamson McDonald's is the worst every freaking time I go there especially at night the order is always missing something or completely wrong then when you say something the manager acts like its your fault. Tonight after waiting in line for about 15 mins they ring me out then 5 mins later come say our grill is down you want to wait another 5 minutes for a chicken sandwich instead. I said no thanks il just take a refund then. "Oh really are you sure you don't want the chicken" no just my money would be fine then after another 5 minute wait the very rude manager comes over rips the register open grabs a handful of money and throw it to the girl working the window. I have no idea how that lady had been a manager there for as long as she has definitely calling...
