Gourmet Donuts — Restaurant in Townsend

I usually don’t post reviews but when I’ve been treated so disrespectfully I have to. I ordered 2 large iced coffees and some food $20. I ordered my coffee with a lot less ice when I received my receipt the girl that made the coffee charged me $1.00 more for less ice. I asked her why she said she has to or she would be fired. I said I understand why the owner is trying to make the extra money off the customer but I don’t agree with it the sign clearly states $1.00 charge for no ice not less ice and the fact that she didn’t tell me she was charging me just shows how sneaky and dishonest they are. There was 3 young ladies working there my server whom was looking me in the face and lying right at me saying she only put 3 ice cubes in the cup when I said no you didn’t I was watching you. She clearly put less ice but way more than 3 ice cubes. There was another girl working there she looked Indian butted in and said she had to charge me and just leave now. She was very rude and disrespectful a bad representative of this establishment. The 3rd young lady was very pleasant, I said to her if you’re going to charge me for no ice even though I got ice then tell me I would’ve just got no ice. She then said would you like me to reimburse you the $1.00. I said no it’s not about the $1.00 again although I don’t agree with it it’s about the girl being sneaky and dishonest not saying anything or about the other girl being rude and disrespectful. It’s a shame that this place has employees like this. I drive past 2 Dunkin Donuts to go here but definitely won’t be making that drive anymore. The owner should really evaluate his employees especially that rude disrespectful girl also the place is dirty. I go there between 5-7 times a week. And they were really good when I first started going there. Although lately, they can't seem to get my order correct. It may be time for me to find a new coffee shop. There's times they take my order, then stop making my order to take other people's order, without finishing my order. I order the same thing every time I go there. It's not a tricky order. But they either give me the wrong bagel for my breakfast sandwich, or the coffees are wrong, or both. One of the coffees I get is for a type 1 diabetic. I get it with equal, not sugar. Yet they mess up and put sugar in it a lot. They also add hot chocolate to melt the sugar, or equal if they actually make it correctly. I think the employees need to pay more attention to the orders they're making, instead of socializing with other employees, or their regular customers. The employees are very friendly, but at what cost? You can still be very friendly AND get the orders correct. Is that too much to ask? Especially when you're dealing with customers who have...

Coffee is usually good, most of the staff if nice. Dining room is usually messy and trash on the floor and counter. Long wait time inside it seems for just one coffee. Most of the time I won't get food because nothing is properly labelled on the racks and it's a concern to those who have allergies. Ordered bagel with cream cheese and they barely put anything on it, just put it all in the hole of the bagel. I was regularly getting food and coffee multiple times a week and now I've reduced it to just a smaller coffee twice a week. I've become really disappointed...
