This location should be shut down. Ambiance here is lacking because they haven’t invested in remodeling like Wendy’s and McDonald’s. $18 for a combo with a milkshake today; that’s insane. It took 10 minutes to get my food. Ordered at 1113a and got my food at 1123a. Very disappointing. Floors are cracked and dirty. TVs don’t work and they are dusty. I won’t dare enter the bathroom. It’s locked which tells me that it’s not going to be up to par. One guy is handling drive thru and ringing up customers. This is an awful experience for everyone and he’s obviously overworked . Burger and fries are actually good. Update, I went to the bathroom… it’s disgusting. It should be shut down for 72 hours of deep cleaning. Corporate should inspect this before opening again. Fan is dusty, no paper towels, vandalism on the toilet seat. Floors obviously have not been properly cleaned in a long while. Didn’t offer to add me to rewards program. Overall the customer experience is abysmal. Burger was really good...
Read moreI ordered a spicy chicken sandwich while saying "Can you please make the chicken patty FRESH" like I always do(if you don't, the patty is usually soggy and tastes bad).
The nice cashier lady agreed and told the cook right away. No more than 10 seconds after the cashier told the cook,, the cook grabbed an old spicy chx patty and threw it on the bun. I told the cashier what happened and she told the cook AGAIN. The cook then looked angry and started moving very slowly from that point forward, to go grab a fresh chx patty, fry it and them make the sandwich. She was clearly taking her sweet time to retaliate. It would not have been an issue but I was on my lunch. The patty usually takes less than 2 minutes to fry and even thought I was only customer, it took about 10 minutes to finish just 1 spicy chicken. I was then late back to work because of it. It tasted great when I ate it, I will give them that, and the cashier was very nice, but the cook is what is what made me compelled to write...
Read moreNo No No Carl's Jr. W Grand location has lowered their standards on food quality & service. It's Sunday 5:30 p.m. there's two cars in the drive thru & 4 people inside, why does it take 20 minutes to prepare pre-cooked food? There are only 4 people working. The workers seem out of sorts & it's reflected in the food & service. The condiment and soda area are not filled and dirty. A eat in customer tells one of the workers there's no ketchup cups so she hands him the to go packets bin. Another customer comes out the bathroom & says it's a filthy flood in there. I'm still waiting for my order. The guy needing ketchup comes back to the counter because he didn't get his fries. The food, well now I know why it's $5 because they've got to get rid of this bad inventory & we're sucker enough to think it's going to be good, IT ISN'T! Finally, I get a Thrown-together burger & chicken sandwich, over fried zucchini & french fries & a sad looking salad. I'm done, overdone like my order...
