I had been going there to buy Tuesday special which is 8pcs Fried chicken every Tuesday since they got that promotion. I had couple time problems before (the same problem) because their chicken drumsticks are extremely small especially on Tuesday promotion day. Any other days not like that. They did replaced another 8pcs but I did specifically told 2nd Manager (Laura) that chicken drumsticks are very small on the phone. Later my kids are hungry and my wife gave them fried chicken after I did talked to Laura. I did ordered fried chicken around 3.17pm and pickup around 3:30pm, then I went to pickup my ordered at Jack in the box, then pickup my wife at work around 4:10pm, then pickup my daughter at school around 4:40pm, then pickup my son at different school around 5pm, then my wife decided she wants to vote. So there's a long line and I was waiting in the car for almost 45mins, then I did decided to go to KFC and get replacement of Fried chicken drumsticks and let my wife know that I will be back 10-15mins. I'd arrived at KFC and there were 3 people in line at register. When it's my turn, I told cashier (Laura) my name and why I was here. She just grabbed fried chicken and put it in the container and told me, all fried chicken drumsticks are the same size which is very small like Cornish game hen. I told her that my kids are some after I did talked to you and here's only 3 PCs left and the bones that my kids ate to show her how small the chicken drumsticks are. I told her just give me whatever that haven't eaten yet. She said she need to call her boss (Leo the owner/manager) and told me this is the last time to do this. First of all we all are in inflation problem. You do business to make money but you have provides what you charge the customers and not getting smaller because of promotions day. As a customer we pay to get what the money worth. So this is the last time I am going there. If I want to eat Fried chicken at KFC, I'll drive further down to another KFC in Lathrop or go to Popeyes or Church Chicken. By the way, she was whispering to talked to me because there are 7 other people we're in the store. If you as a business doing nothing wrong then you shouldn't be whispering to me or other customers. I don't know what or how she explained to her boss in Spanish but you have to tell what the customers said and not what you see. She look at the clock and it was almost 1 1/2 hr since I did picked up the order and she thinks we are the rest of fried chicken and only returned 3pcs because I want another 8pcs fried chicken. I did told her that I wasn't home yet and I have to pickup my wife and kids and I am still waiting in the car while my wife was going to vote plus traffic time. Also I did told her just give me what I had returned. Like I said, I won't be going there anymore. She took everything back from my first ordered including utensils and napkins and all. But I have to asked her back...

Apparently there was something wrong with her credit card. Instead of trying to help her, he stood and stared at me..like he was mentally challenged. Neve once did he even say to me "I'll be with you" or anything remotely acknowledging my presence, I ask to speak to the manager. He went to the back and said she was busy. So I waited another 5 minutes and then again he stared. .. Then again asked for the manager, in which he replied " I told you she was busy," Finally a girl who said she was the manager, came to the front and she was useless. I called the Customer Service in Tracy and asking for the manager. I told her of what I am complaining for. She told me that she is alone and she is the assistant manager. Then suddenly she told me to hold on but she put down the phone. I tried to call back again but nobody answers my call. I like KFC and always eating inside or by drive thru . The only thing that I called is to tell them to give a good chicken. There must be a qualify Inspector around to show the Customer that they are there for the satisfaction of the Customer.
