L & L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Tracy

Used to love this place but not anymore because of the bad customer service.

My family comes here twice a month because the food is delicious and the service was good. We have guests coming over so we decided to get LnL instead of Chinese. So we ordered 2 party trays.

When I picked up my food, I was asking for thebsauce. The cashier said, there's no sauce. I said "no sauce", what! Then what's this, me holding the bottle of sauce? The cook (prob the mgr/owner) says that's Teriyaki sauce. I said, yes that's the sauce. Can I have some for the 2 trays I ordered. The owner says we charge for it. I said, oh ok I didn't know. This is the first time I ordered them party tray. The cashier was very rude and not very nice. We'll both of them.

When we dine in, you get get as much sauce as you want. But a party tray and spending hella money. No sauce! Are you kidding me.

Anyways, sorry for the long review. They just lost...

Everything looked clean and fresh. The very nice lady greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Smiles and all. She was very happy person. She was working on another order (phone) during this greeting. She was not on phone so was wasn't being rude. I used the bathroom very clean.. washed hands came out ordered. Got my food fast and then I took pictures. Another girl employee walked in had hair up and went behind. Talking to first lady she started playing with her hair. Fixing her pony tail, then all of a sudden she flipped her hair upside down and put her pony back on her head.. all while behind the counter.. where hair will be flying into the window which is where the grill is and a guy is cooking food... I didn't say anything I was just in awwweee... I Love L&L Hawaiian BBQ...I will not return here anytime soon... Thank you for...

Thought this place was aight, its losing its efficiency and quality of service. I already cancelled popeyes off my possible destinations, this place too. This whole shopping center is pretty garbage, besides quickly and pickles...

You have to pay for your order over the phone our system is old blah blah blah.

If you can't feed me.... You just give me excuses.

Customer is always right. If i dont want to prepay i dont have to... What if i get to the store and the food is TRASH? that eliminates the CONVENIENCE Of calling ahead to save TIME because then i would have to wait for the damn refund.

Dumb policies, next time make my damn musubis ahead of time or i will find someone who will (Ono Hawaiian bbq , near panda express).
