Mei Mei Chinese Food — Restaurant in Tracy

My wife ordered us some to go food when my son and I were at the Halloween store. They had a tracking on the website that showed the order being made and when it was ready, which was very helpful. I went in to get the food and the lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The place inside was clean and there were a few families eating inside too. We got the honey prawns, shrimp shumai and an order of egg drop soup. Everything was really good. The shrimp shumai had great flavor and were a good size. The Honey prawns were delicious and we got a lot of the yummy prawns. We will be going back soon I think. tried them a few more times now and we have been happy. Family hadn't eaten lunch or dinner so we ordered from here as we have for the past years. The next day my family was sick laying all day with a headache as well. I was the only person who didn't get sick because I didn't eat the food. My family says the wontons tasted funny, old, and soggy. I'm starting to believe they use old meat and try to cook it to make it edible again. If they're reading this it's wrong and disgusting don't reuse old meat or food. These people are so cheap and stingy. I order the same war won ton soup a certain way each time. I’m sick tonight and have the flu. To make me feel a little better I sent my husband to get my favorite soup. The soup did not have the broccoli or green onions in it that I asked for. I called them and told them. The so called manager told me that it’s green onions and broccoli in there. I’m like lady I’m eating the soup right now. She’s going to argue me down that’s in there.
