I usually like going to this restaurant in Tracy, but today I was quite disappointed. Since I am on a diet and can't really have any rice, I asked for them to do sushi without the rice around it. Mind you, tons of other restaurants who serve sushi have done it without question. They told me that was OK until I got to the place. Then I was told that they couldn't š. I already waited 25 minutes and was there after they said the food will be ready. They were still preparing the food which was fine with me, as long as they got my order right since I'm already here. When I called on the phone I told them that in my Binto box I wanted no rice and just salad. I was already at home when I opened up the box and all they gave me was rice. They didnt give me any salad at all or the soup that usually comes with it. I called and the least they could say was sorry and if I wanted to come back to pick up my salad š. They said they'll do better next time but best believe there won't be a next one.
I recommend that if you take food to go, make sure to check your food before you leave, to make sure the people there know how to follow the directions.
