We had the pleasure of enjoying some exceptional beer last night at the Wye Beer Company in Trafford. Beer enthusiasts, look no further for a choice selection of craft beers paired with delicious food. They don’t need food trucks at this brewery because this family is giving you food options right on the premises. I enjoyed their buffalo chicken flatbread and my wife had the chicken spinach flatbread on gluten-free cauliflower. We will definitely be back to try more. I must also say I appreciate the track record that comes with this family’s history of successful establishments. This is not their first rodeo. I also appreciate their decision to name the establishment after an old railroad feature once located nearby, paying homage to the rich heritage of our community. As someone who has tried tons of local breweries we were anxious for their opening. My wife and I were in tonight with our 3 year old and my in laws. The place was packed (happy to see this!) but we found a table fairly quickly. You order the bar and kitchen counter for food or drinks. They deliver food to the table. I was very excited for the milk stout and I was not disappointed. It was better than I expected. I also tried some of my wife’s hazy IPA which also was on par with other successful breweries in the area. We shared a Bavarian pretzel and Buffalo chicken flatbread and neither disappointed. Expectations were exceeded. We will definitely be back. The owner made a point to go around to tables and check in - very much enjoyed that. Great vibes inside, our 3 year old enjoyed the pinball machines. Can’t wait to frequent this place more...

Food was good, I can't drink beer due to a Gluten Intolerance, so, you are not alone in your extremely limited non-beer choices. I felt there was excessive noise look into acoustic tiles....you really only need 1-2 pinball machines and need to place a rubber mat below it to absorb the noise. It was very busy that's great, but I stood at the "Order Beer Here" line for a few minutes made eye contact with a dark-haired young man behind the bar area as well as the woman with the long gray-blonde hair neither offered service...it was a short dark haired young woman that, also after a few times of eye contact, asked...
