Subway — Restaurant in Tremont

I used to be a regular here until they changed the management a few months ago, I usually go in the afternoon after I get off of work but about a month ago I went in during lunch time. When I went inside there were only a few people in front of me but it took them about 8-10 minutes to get to me then when it finally did this old lady walked away and took a order for the drive thru that just arrived when I had been waiting. When she finally got to me she had an attitude and was super rude, but I was hungry and just wanted to get the sandwich and get out so I continued saying what I wanted. When she was toasting my sandwich she touched her face around her mouth then didn’t change her gloves… does subway just hire anyone now? I wasn’t going to make a review since I already reported her, but multiple of my friends have had similar experiences with the same women and no one should have to deal with that when they just want some food. Stopped in with my husband and 3 year old daughter at 7pm 6/5. There was no one else in the store. We ordered 3 sandwiches. One being a child’s roast beef. The girl seemed to not know whether this was an option, even though we’ve ordered it before. We asked for one sandwich to be a meal, as well as the children’s sandwich. The boy said - so 2 small drinks? I asked if the kids meal came with an apple juice and chips. He didn’t seem to know. We tipped $5. When we sat down, the two looked at each other and motioned with their hands as guns like they were going to shoot themselves because we were going to sit down to eat. I went one afternoon for a quick lunch while on my break, and I was immediately greeted by an older woman who seemed very irritated from the start. I hadn’t been to subway in a while so I asked for a few minutes to look over the menu, when I did she sighed and rolled her eyes then continued to ask me what kind of bread 20 seconds later. There was also a young girl there who she was talking to in a very unprofessional manner and using inappropriate language. I get that it’s a fast food place and not meant to be fancy but it is still a job and needs to be treated as such. I didn’t feel welcome at all.
