BIGGBY COFFEE - Drive Thru — Restaurant in Trenton

Never fast but always worth it. Coffee is good, not as sweet as McDonald’s Frappe or as blah as Starbucks Frappacino. The frozen coffee at BIGGBY has actual coffee you can taste and syrups that don’t flavor the coffee down.

The only downfall is the speed. Expect to spend 10 minutes inside (mine has no drive thru) and sometimes they miss a step (but will fix it at no charge). For instance today I ordered a large frozen spotted owl (made perfectly) and a large frozen bubblegum tea latte (they missed the syrup that made it sweet but still tastes like good tea).

Went through drive thru for a bagel this am and when i got to work to eat it the cream cheese was used, more than half, scrape marks from a plastic knife when i asked for manager she made me tell her who I was first ODD.... VERY snotty young girl Makenzie she said her name was after I explained she laughed and said oh yea we use those for sandwiches and paused then said someone mustve of not looked. So best i can do is give you a new one next time. UMMM no thanks on putting used cream cheese in your fridge then giving your customers. Stay away from this place. Mackenzie you need manager training...

Cute location area you can come into while.watching the traffic if you wish to. The staff here was very accommodating when I wished to have my ice coffee medium cream and sugar. At first I got the creams and sugar in the raw in a container. I never had them handed to me as usually Dunkin or Tim Hortons just makes it and I usually tell them I want medium of each or else it might be too sweet.
