I’m a return customer literally one to 2 times a week I love the service usually but today I’m terribly upset by the treatment and service the owner DOC Sarah Beil needs to take a look at this location and this managers conduct he treated me like trash hung up on me laughed in my face I’ve a .20 cent marinara if I order 40 dollars worth of food and tip 15 dollars and pay 8 or 9 dollars for breadsticks why would I not get something to dip it in I order there always and always receive marinara with my bread bites he treated me like a minority laughed at me and assumed I was to poor to pay for a .30 cent marinara. I had to call 2 times to get his name and his bosses name. I almost always get 2x 2-topping mediums for $5.99 each and have pick them up. The black box "handmade pan" is tastier but costs a bit more. The total for 16 slices is less than $13 if you get the 2x medium deal.... You can customize them so you get different toppings on each half. The people are friendly, quick, consistent. The food quality has gone up in the past 5 or 6 years. For $1 more than a the price of a hot & ready, and only a modicum of effort on your part you get fresh pizza with WAY better taste and quality. Read moreCan’t seem to get a different manager besides Jacob! So I ordered yesterday through Uber eats I got a notification that my order was delivered. I called him into the store and Jacob kept telling me that the delivery driver dropped off my food. I assured him that nobody brought food to my house and asked him to remake it if I had to I would pick it up, even though I paid for delivery and tip. I get to the store and he says I checked with my driver and he didn’t deliver your order which I know he didn’t. And then tells me that Uber eats is the one that canceled my order which they weren’t.
