Dunkin' — Restaurant in Trenton

I will never return to this Dunkin. I waited this morning for my mobile order (which I could see just sitting behind the counter) and had 3 separate employees ignore me standing there. Because they were busy, the manager came to help and even though I was clearly the first person there and closest to the counter, he looked around me to ask the other (white) customers what they'd ordered. Even after trying to speak and get the manager's attention, it wasn't until another patron (who came after me and left before me) apoke on my behalf did the manager acknowledge me and finally hand me my order that'd been sitting there the whole time. The place looked clean bathroom clean but the coffee tastes like water. Maybe they need to check the quality or something, order a bagel and I got a small bagel that looked like it was not cook well and hard af like it has been out for weeks. Although it was cold outside bagels can't not be serve to anyone of it looks like. But that's what I think. I don't think ill go back there because I waste my 5 dollars. I live two blocks from this store .In the daytime this store is good ,at night though the guy who works overnight here is usually outside the store and when you do want to order something he tells you he can’t make it , no lattes no coolatas and even the island oasis machine because he said he cleaned and can’t use them. So basically all you can get is reg coffee or ice coffee. The sales probably have gone down because of this alone.
