Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Trenton

Good food, horrible employees. Pizza is lackluster at best, all other food is great. The female that answers the phone is the only good employee there. The man who runs the place is a complete prick. Nothing but a greedy piece of dirt. Went and ate inside a week ago, had to leave due to the loud screaming and yelling of profanity aimed at the employees for no reason whatsoever. Every time I order an extra sauce I get scammed out of $1.50, this has happened more times than I can count and care to mention because of the embarrassment of letting it happen over and over again. Got screwed out of free delivery because I paid with my card. They have a history of hiring Delivery Boys who have zero navigation skill whatsoever which leads to multiple phone call where I have to help the poor kid find my street. I could keep going but I have to go to work. One thing is for sure, this place needs a new manager or whatever position that nut...

I have seen a long time customer of the Trenton location. Even had the app on my phone. However after tonight I will never order from them again. The photos on their menu are misleading. They display chicken tenders with fries leading you to believe that fries came with it. Thinking they came with fries as depicted in the photo I ordered two dinners. When they came they were just 3 chicken tenders and ranch dip. $5.99 each plus $3.49 delivery. So for six chickens tenders I was paying close to $20 and no fries. When I called they told me I had to order the fries separate. I told them that their photo is misleading. They were like "oh well" we can do an order of fries for $4 bucks. So now the price tag is up to $25. Unbelievable. The guy was like "I dont care what the picture shows". To me you stand behind your product. If the picture shows fries it should...

Long overdue 5 star review. Always good quality and great service. The owner (I assume he’s the owner - I wish I knew his name) is a really awesome friendly guy and whenever I stop in and he is almost always there and he greats me by name and asks how I’m doing. Always with a smile on his face. It seems his friendly attitude and positive outlook spread to his staff as well because the food is always fantastic and the staff seem great. I don’t think I have ever had an issue there with cold food or over/undercooked etc… and I have been coming here for years. I have also been to a few other Happy’s locations and this Trenton one on west rd is the best. I have been getting delivery more often lately and that is always reliable and quick too....
