Okay, so I tried to place an order online for pickup at the Trenton, West Road location, today. The website was having issues when ordering so I called the location to see if by chance the order went through, and I was told that no one there really understood how the online ordering site works-but he would get the manager on the phone to help. The same man came back on the phone, so I guess the manager felt s/he would not be able to help. Ok. They are pizza people, not IT people. I understand and appreciate that.
I then asked if I could place my order over the phone using the same hot deals coupon that was online. The person I was talking with tried to place the order, but was having difficulty so he placed me on hold, again, so he could get the manager. The same man came back on the phone, not the manager, - again, I am guessing the manager felt s/he would not be of help since s/he did not come to the call. The man trying to place the order for me with the online coupons obviously was having problems, and was trying his best. He said I would need to bring in the coupons when picking up the order. I reminded him they are digital coupons online, that I would not have them in hand, but are online to see. He was hesitant on what or how to proceed with my order so I just decided it was not worth any more effort to try and place my order with this location. If taking the order was such a problem, I did not want to arrive and be surprised at the order I may have gotten. This post is not a negative post about the person at Jets trying to take my order. Read moreI'm not typically one to leave a poor review, especially because sometimes people just have a bad night. But here goes, I called in for a delivery, placed my order and waited for an hour. The time usually wouldn't be an issue, I understand it can get busy on a weekend. We were told 20 minutes. We called to make sure the address was correct because I couldn't remember if I was asked, the young lady on the phone seemed very offended I asked if the address was correct. She mentioned to me "because this was a delivery I'm sure I asked and we have it" she then let me know they were extremely busy and short staffed " we have like one delivery driver tonight" . Again, time wasn't even an issue. She then slammed the phone on the counter in the middle of the conversation to hand the phone over to presumably a manager. He seemed fine, albeit a bit busy. The order finally arrived. With two pieces of pizza upside down because she carried it sideways, and the Greek salad was sent with the wrong dressing and none of the ingredients that make it a Greek salad. Terrible customer service. Would actually like to be reimbursed...

Today, Nov. 3, 2017 we ordered a bold fold over pizza and a BLT pizza, plus an order of chicken wings. The two pizzas were ice cold and the wings were barely warm. It took over one hour to get the order delivered to our home.
I called to complain and spoke to a young girl. I explained to her, that the pizza was so cold, that when you bit into the fold over pizza, the whole topping came off in your mouth. The cheese was hard and the pepperoni was cold. She then stated, I hardly believe that the whole topping would come off the pizza if it was cold.
Well, I guess I am not only a hungry, dissatisfied customer, but I am now a liar. I guess that topping was just fine. Do not buy their pizza, at least not the Trenton, Michigan Jets Pizza. There is another Jets on Dix Toledo that is...
