I got My LG Tablet repaired there and had the most time consuming experience, do to small little things that could have been easily avoided. I had to return to the store 3 times. 1 first time i came to pick it up it looked like there was still a crack in the screen, i told them i was unsatisfied and their response was that they could put the old CRACKED screen back on if id'e like. (Come to find out it was just a screen protector that the employees didn't see. I even hinted at it but he said that that's just the way they are). 2nd time i ask the rep to correct something on the receipt for me because my carries insurance required it to reimburse me for the repair, he said he wasn't allowed to and that and the owner was away for 1 week. The last time i came in to finally just pick it up and cut my losses. When i got there another rep took care of me, easily and with out question corrected the mistake. (the receipt was written on paper with pen I really didn't see what the big deal was). In total from start to finish i took almost month to receive my repaired...

They have some excellent people there who care a lot about customer satisfaction. I went there to change my phone screen on my Samsung Note 8 when my original cracked screen stopped working completely. I purchased the premium screen (LCD) from them. The screen was good but not as good as the original. I would have lived with it. But there was a small problem with the screen, the S-Pen (stylus) was not working on it. So I went back to tell them. I was half expecting that they would say that's how it is and it cannot be fixed. But they tried fixing it for almost two hours and when even that didn't work they got me an upgraded OLED screen like the one that comes with the original phone. And they did that for free. They ordered that screen specially for me. Now my phone is as good as new and I hope to use it for at least another 2 years. Getting a new case and screen protector for my as good as new phone. Really happy with how they went out of their way to fix my problem. Thank you so much. I'll definitely go to you whenever I need any help...

I got my screen fixed here about a month or two ago. All of a sudden my screen goes blank and then turns on with lines. The person I spoke to on the phone said you have to bring the phone back in and pay for a new screen. Why would I pay for a new screen if my phone screen is not broken! I have no cracks no water damage or any damages to my phone! These little cheap screens they install have defects and now they don’t want to do anything about it. The staff on the phone is very nonchalant and that won’t get the business far. Please note that this place does not put in APPLE SCREENs they use cheap screens from other websites. There will be a notification on your phone advising you that “the display for this iPhone is not recognized and the part is unknown. I won’t be coming here again and I will NEVER recommend anyone to come to this place! As for the owners of this property don’t contact me to remove my review it’s staying up and I would never bring my phone back even if it was FREE...
