McDonald's — Restaurant in Trenton

I put my order in through the mobile app, few moments later I go to the drive thru to let them know I had a mobile order. The workers accent was strong so I told her I’d just meet her at the window. When I got to the window I said I’m sorry I couldn’t understand you before. She keeps asking for some number which I’m assuming is the order number. In which I gave her multiple times. Then she says she can’t find the order number and continues talking with her co workers. So I’m still sitting there like ok so what do I do? Because it’s paid. I ended up giving her my phone because I’m like well maybe she’s looking for a different number. She grabs my phone looks at the order number and says it’s no order with that number gives me my phone back and rolls her eyes so now I’m asking what her issue is and why does she keep rolling her eyes? She closed the window in my face so I came inside. I asked for a manager A REGULAR worker says SHES the manager so I asked if I can speak to her separately away from the rest of the customers THIS GIRL walks away and starts flipping the fries. It took everything in me to keep my calm.. so I asked the girl at the register who the manager is and she said she doesn’t know. I asked what the store number was they also said they don’t know. So the one who gave me a problem initially came up so I asked her for her name. Long story short she ended up claiming SHE was the manager still not giving me her name. I called corporate while standing at the register. The “manager” or who ever it was needs to be fired immediately if not sooner. It was so much more she did but I never thought I’d be here making a McDonald’s review 😡 supposedly the one who secondly claimed to be the manager was “ILIANA” this 5’5 chick with glasses. This the worst managed McDonald's I have ever seen. I was just sitting at the drive-through no response finally drove around and went in. Employee told me there was only two people on so they weren't do the drive -through. Maybe a sign would i've been a good idea or maybe they could just have their headphones on and say sorry the drive-through window is not an operation right now when I complain to the employee he told me he wasn't going to take my water he wasn't going to serve me because maybe his feelings were being hurt because I complained about his incompetence Why a manager isn't there making sure that people are trained and doing the job right I have no idea they say they're open at 6 o'clock but many times on a Saturday morning no one is there because they couldn't get their butts out of bed yet that is tolerated probably a good start would be to get A new management team we can actually get at McDonald's working like it should doesn't seem like rocket science just...

i went in to use the bathroom , and well if i have to use a business,restroom , then im going to get something as well, but on this day .. Can you tell me how you dont have the key to mens bathroom, and im forced to use the girls room, and as im doing so a women walks in..WOW k at this point i never done this ,and the belittling i felt, but i waited 3 mins for this to played out before she (the girl behind the counter). but you being in guest service and want to answer you phone or txt is more important the the 3 people waiting in line and the other girl just standing there playing with her hair the whole time, so i didnt order not with service and so much for sanitizing rules. i tried to call the store and get manager, but as a owner you cant have a phone number to call but a fake number forwarded to a voicemail not set up, and hangs up.. guess what girls youll re-replace soon , buy self-service ordering system... but yes IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO EAT GO SOMEWHERE ELSEAND SAVE...
