I put my order in through the mobile app, few moments later I go to the drive thru to let them know I had a mobile order. The workers accent was strong so I told her I’d just meet her at the window. When I got to the window I said I’m sorry I couldn’t understand you before. She keeps asking for some number which I’m assuming is the order number. In which I gave her multiple times. Then she says she can’t find the order number and continues talking with her co workers. So I’m still sitting there like ok so what do I do? Because it’s paid. I ended up giving her my phone because I’m like well maybe she’s looking for a different number. She grabs my phone looks at the order number and says it’s no order with that number gives me my phone back and rolls her eyes so now I’m asking what her issue is and why does she keep rolling her eyes? She closed the window in my face so I came inside. I asked for a manager A REGULAR worker says SHES the manager so I asked if I can speak to her separately away from the rest of the customers THIS GIRL walks away and starts flipping the fries. It took everything in me to keep my calm.. so I asked the girl at the register who the manager is and she said she doesn’t know. I asked what the store number was they also said they don’t know. So the one who gave me a problem initially came up so I asked her for her name. Long story short she ended up claiming SHE was the manager still not giving me her name. I called corporate while standing at the register. The “manager” or who ever it was needs to be fired immediately if not sooner. Employee told me there was only two people on so they weren't do the drive -through.
