I've cream melted....ALWAYS.. cannot get ice cream in a cone and even in a cup it's thinner than a milkshake.. Slow, disorganized, unfriendly service.. The customer is made to feel like the "enemy"... Crowded mess at the order placement AND pick up counter.. Hard to tell who is in line for what!?!? (Ordering kiosks would probably help here!!) No any size drink for $1 at this location.. however with the transient/homeless/panhandling population that populate the transit center, constantly loitering at McDonald's i can understand why This is not economically feasible.. While i sympathize with some of the aforementioned - the SAME faces are there EVERY SINGLE DAY and i hear the SAME CONFRONTATIONS EVERY SINGLE DAY with quite a few of them... I can understand how this can be frustrating and demoralizing to employees and customers alike...I'm CONSTANTLY being asked for money and cigarettes - MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY SINGLE DAY... This location lies within a major transit hub and stands to rake in a killing but is extremely disorganized, slow and SLOPPY.. almost a tie for BAD quality with the location on Cass Street.. Cass street recently installed kiosks which may increase speed of service once the employees understand how to properly service patrons as intended with the automated order system.. (Proper training would help - I'm guessing that had not happened based on what I've experienced since the improvements were installed) both of these locations could take some lessons from the VERY WELL RUN locations on s. Broad st in Hamilton and Chambers St at...
Read moreAside from being incredibly sick 12 hours after eating their food, if they managed to get one item in our order correct aside from chicken nuggets, I would be shocked. Knowing my love of Big Macs my husband got the Philly's Bundle Box for us for dinner. In addition to being the worst big mac I have ever eaten, both big macs came with a single meat patty, and the loss of the 2nd patty on both sandwiches was compensated for with a disgusting amount of special sauce. The double hamburgers my husband ordered, were also singles, and came with all the fixings he asked them to leave off the sandwiches.
I wouldn't generally get upset because having worked in restaurants I know mistakes happen, however this has occurred the other 2 times my husband has gotten food there as well. Honestly, I am tired of trying to salvage meals by scraping off cheese we asked them to hold, or just wasting the food (and the money) by throwing...
Read moreI'm a Local in Trenton and this McDonald's has gotten so bad since it first opened. The food tasted fake...Squishy Buns...Burgers a putrid kind of color mixture between orange and brown...It kinda was sitting out for a while so I asked for another one. Came out rather quick. Even brought to my table... This McDonald's it's kind of showing its outdatedness. It looked better than the first one but tasted exactly like how the first one looked...Dry, it tasted old. It tasted like plastic and upon further, closer inspection, looked like plastic as well. It threw off my entire appetite. In my eyes, a wasted $10.00 dollar meal. The fries didn't even taste like McDonald's fries. I didn't even have the heart to finish my Sprite. Hopefully this place turns around because it's a big part of the town. All in all...I hated...
