Mill Hill Park — Attraction in Trenton

To be honest, today it was beautiful at Mill Hill Park! People from different parts of the East coast came to visit(DE, MD, NY, DC & of course PA(Philly) to name a few, got together to party, dance, shop, eat & socialize. I saw a lot of people from my childhood, job & those that I currently see throughout the neighborhood. Lots of vendors selling different items from t-shirts, jewelry, hats, head wraps, as well as different types of foods. The food consisted of an assortment of tacos(chicken, beef, shrimp, smoked turkey, beef brisket, & fish), rice & salad bowls with the same choice of options as the tacos. Sweet corn on the corn( slamming), shish kabobs(chicken & beef) & drinks( strawberry lemonade, water, Gatorade, soda, & juices to wash it all down. Special shotout to the DJ for keeping the atmosphere live with very good variety of house & club music! An event like this should happen at least 1 weekend of every month in the summer! This is a park in the capitol city of Trenton, New Jersey located on the banks of the Delaware River. On this day December 30th, 2023, Mill Hill Park played host to the re-enactments of the two Battles of Trenton the first on 12/26/1776 and the second one on 1/2/177. Both Battles culminated here with much fanfare and huzzahs and victory for Washington's army. The Park features a large statue of Washington at the far end of the park. "Mill Hill Park" 🏞️ EVERYDAY I go to get my ice coffee 😂☕ park my car 🚗 & walk right over to Mill Hill. This place is literally one of the only places in Trenton you can either, walk around it because is HUGE 😂💁🏽‍♀️ you can sit& the environment is peaceful 🕊️ or bring your family and have a picnic 🧺👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏻 I literally love EVERYTHING about this park & the best thing they could ever do is literally feed and clothe the homeless, EVERY CHANCE THEY GET ; that park is filled with everything they could need or want.
