I went through the drive through around 9:30 and ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddles. They didn’t repeat my total and told me to pull up to the window. The worker at the first window was super nice and friendly. Then I pulled up to the second window and the second worker was also nice it seemed. Handing me my bag with a smile on their face and the tone of an Angel. Unfortunately this is where the good experience stops. Because before I pulled away I checked the bag and there was only one sandwich. I waited for the worker to come back and told them that I was missing a sandwich and that I had ordered two. She got really snippy with me and her tone went from angel to In-law who hates your presence. She told me to look at my receipt aggressively and before I could finish even grabbing she said quickly, “okay yeah bye” and shut the window. I get frustration and all, I worked at Taco Bell for a year, but it’s not right to treat the customer poorly or rudely because you and your work messed up. The girl at the speaker only charged me for one, BUT I said two and she even repeated it back. All I got was the the two sandwiches. I went back around and the first worker was giving me an evil glare the whole time I was dealing with her the second time, and the second worker killed me with kindness. I could feel the passive aggression and it’s not a good look for anyone. I will not be coming back here or recommending it to ANYONE because this kind of thing goes unchecked too much. Have some accountability for workers attitudes that ruin innocent peoples days by messing up their ordered and then proceeding to give them a hard time about it when they try to correct it. Politely too. I was so nice and sincere to them, even when I was asking about the missing sandwich I was nice to the worker just mad at McDonalds. Please have a talk with all your employees about their frustrations and attitudes, they will run all your...

Read moreOrdered during lunchtime on the mobile app using curbside pick up. The frozen coke machine was in defrost so the person offered me another drink. When I said I just wanted a large coke no ice and attempted to ask about the price difference, she told me “don’t worry about it. It’s fine” and walked away. I don’t think she realized I paid for a special drink which was $2 and was now getting a normal drink for $1 and change. It isn’t a huge amount but assuming was very rude. She then comes out again to try to offer me the drink out of the machine that was now finished defrosting. It was 1/3 ice and the rest liquid. She was surprised when I said no I didn’t want the mostly liquid FROZEN coke I ordered. Finally the third time she brought out the coke with no ice that I asked for. I was on break and honestly very annoyed at this point to go in to ask for fresh fries and my change. I don’t know how you have cold fries during lunch rush. I will not be coming back to...
