River Q's Pastry Pantry — Restaurant in Trenton

I lived in downriver on and off my entire life and never came across this place, I found it off of an app and I’m so happy I did. I instantly fell inlove with the shop, during September it was festive for fall, they sell stuff for loved ones who have passed, celebration stuff for all things, cute Knick-knacks to go in baskets if you prefer. Lots of cute stained glass stuff. & of course pastry’s and sweets! We got some goodies for my kids first day of school and some small pies oh my goodness they were amazing and adorable. We met with the staff and learned this is a family owned business and I wish I could remember the lady’s name she was so social and nice. She is so hands on and this place is truly her passion, she showed us all her fun goodies like her popcorn bags she hand drawn for Halloween , and her cake pops.. such a lovely person and then invited us to her upcoming event. Love this place and the love the staff has for it as well. Will be back! Don’t let my photo discourage you I let my cupcakes sit in a hot car for over an hour which melted the icing but still so amazing...

This place is small but leaves a big impression on all their customers! Love all that they have to offer my family and I have went there for many years. They have a wide selection of baked goods and treats to satisfy everyone in the family and friends if they need a little pick me up basket. Most recently I purchased a large order of bakery items boxed individually for an organized event. It was an awesome addition that they added little charms with a note for the boxes, it added a very home like feel for everyone at the event,, they really enjoyed that.They are now able to ship across the US which is a great addition to their already amazing selection. They also do custom orders for birthday cakes, wake items, graduations etc. All the staff are awesome and you feel at home as soon as you walk in! ‼Hidden gem alert!! ‼ If you've never been to River Q's Pastry Pantry you're missing out! (And if you have been I bet you can say allll the wonderful things I can about it!) This place is not only the best bakery around, but the family that owns it is even better! I just randomly stumbled upon it a couple years ago and it feels like we're family ❤️ I love the friendships I've made and the goodies I've tasted from them.
