If I could rate this less than a one and be able to write a review I would. The 4 employees that were "working" (busy talking to each other) did not acknowledge me even after approaching the counter and asking for help. The gentleman (twit) made sure to finish up the conversation before asking me what I wanted. When I ordered my favorite refreshing beverage I had to ask if I could have it sweetend he looked at me as if I was a waste of his time and asked if I wanted it unsweetened... I nicely repeated my request for it to be sweetened. He asked "what size" (again while looking at me like I was annoying him by interrupting his conversation to order). I stated that I wanted the biggest size. This seemed to trigger him as he spat out, "you mean a Trenti"? I asked if that's the biggest size and he said yeah to which I replied, then that's the one I would like. I assume he finished up putting the order in because he started talking again. I opened my app and maneuvered it to scan (offering to scan it for me from his scanner or lifting the counter scanner was not in the cards). Done. Paid. Waiting. Waiting. They know I'm here, there are like 3 customers seated in the building. I turned and saw my drink waiting at the other end. Ok. So, I wasn't exactly at the end (picture below for size reference of shop), but they JUST took my freaking order. Only mine, nobody else had ordered or was ordering. Apparently saying "ma'am" or "excuse me" or "your drink is ready" was not in their job description. There was NO way they called me or alerted me because I would have heard it in the EMPTY facility. I went to the drink which was sitting sadly by itself and asked a girl "working" there if that was my drink.. She said "yeah" and walked away. Long story short - this visit to this Starbucks was the deciding factor. I had not experienced such crappy service in my 39 years of existence. If I was not to adamant about spreading this to as many people as possible I would not even write a review. I will make sure this...
Read moreGiven 2 stars because they started off in the right direction with getting my drink out quick and correct. Then my breakfast sandwich is where they fell off the cliff. I waited almost 15 min to find out they had my order in the bag of another mobile order and they didn't know until that person came to pick up the order. I checked every few minutes to see what was going on and the people at the counter keep saying it was coming without actually checking. They were assuming someone else was taking care of it. That's poor customer service with not following up to see a problem thru with your customer. This store just lost money because of poor training and I'm eating a cold sandwich. Great job đ. Oh and once they found the error no one knew how to address it. Like apologize and make it right. Again poor customer service and training of employees. Just to add context there were 5 employees and myself and one other couple was is the store. It wasn't busy. But employees seemed to chat amongst themselves not about work but the...
Read moreAbsolute catastrophe of a Starbucks. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY!!! You will wait double the time it would take to get to the Roanoke or Southlake stores with drive-thurs. This store honestly needs to be shut down. WAITED 30 min for an iced coffee and still walked out of there with NOTHING!
There was a crowd of us waiting for our orders to be served after we had already waited in line & paid ... after 20 min of watching 1 man make drinks, 1 older woman take orders, & 1 older woman wipe counters & use the oven - several of us costumers decided to ask for our money back. It took 2 older women staring at the cash register (who clearly have 0 experience) to figure out how to refund & couldnât come up with the decency to offer a âget one freeâ card for the inconvenience of the customers. As a current customer & former Starbucks employee, I literally had to tell them how to do their job!!! In the end 4 of us walked out of there empty handed & LATE for our Saturday...
