Father Time's Barbeque — Restaurant in Troutdale

We've (wife and I) have seen the truck for a few weeks now, and decided to stop by to try. Now as we sit here, in a BBQ heaven coma, we wonder why we waited! We shared a 1/2lb of tender pulled pork (perfect mix of meat and burnt edges) and 1/4lb of belly (meaty fatty delicious) and just loved every bite.
