We went thru the drive thru today at 2:01pm. I haven't been to Dairy Q in a long time. I was craving Ice cream and a Blizzard sounded so good. The cashier was Maria and she was to fast and it showed in the food and customer service skills!!! We placed 2 different orders one a cash payment and the second a debit card payment. She gave a reciept for the cash payment but no reciept for the debit card payment. She quickly handed the ice cream cone before it was paid for making it difficult for the driver to get her wallet out of her purse. And when we drove away and was part way home my friend got to the cone and she noticed the cone was stale Tasting and she spent over $2 for the ice cream cone. And I was noticing on my large Blizzard that I had just paid $4.99 for that even though I asked for a Health blizzard where was the heath???? And I was seeing alot more white ice cream in my cup then chocolate. And it didn't have much of a chocolate flavor to it. So after not having a Blizzard for a couple years I was very disappointed by my experience by your Dairy Q! When I got home I put the blizzard in my freezer and it's still sitting there. I wish I had just gone to the store and boughten ice cream. I would of gotten more goodies inside of it and more flavor for sure that way from a store and it would of been cheaper and I would of got more for my money too. I tried calling you guys but your line was busy so I'm posting now. Update: 7/30/19 I Dairy Q Corporate contacted me to fill out there form so I did as they requested and they sent the info on to the Stark location for investigation they said. I waited awhile and heard nothing so I sent another email out to customer service just like I did the first time and said I heard nothing back from the Stark location. They apologized and said they were contacting the Stark location again. I waited over a week. That was on 7/22/19 it is now the 30th of July and still no contact from the Stark location obviously they dont care about there food or there customer service. I contacted customer service by email for the 3rd time this morning told them that I am following it up on my google account that I gave Stark street plenty of time to reach out to me. I will no longer go to Stark street Dairy Q in Troutdale and my friend also tried contacting them and she was ignored too!!! I just thought everyone should know. Another update: Please bare with me Fan relations with Dairy Q Head Quarters is Awesome!!! They have been helping me this whole time with Stark Dairy Q and they have quickly responded to me each time and helped me along the way. Each Dairy Q is separately owned but the are Franchised thru the Main Dairy Q and because of the way I have been treated the Main Dairy Q is taking Care of me and mailing me something and for that I would give the 5 stars. But for Dairy Q on Stark 1 star. Thank you. Last Update: 7/31/19 I was called today by the female manager at the Stark location she said she had left a message for me but I said there was no voicemail from her and no missed call from Dairy queen call anywhere on my phone from any of the last few weeks. She got the info from me and said she would said a gift card out to me and that I could visit any of the Dairy Queens and she gave a location that was closer to where I live. The young person who was working the register/window (short, dyed green/black hair with funky earrings on) was obviously flustered because the drive-thru was starting to get busy. She was looking at her computer, put her arm out the window, and basically threw my change in my hand and it bounced off my hand and fell on the ground. She stated "Oh I'm sorry, I thought I put the change in your hand." Hm yeah okay that's impossible to tell since you didn't look over at me once to see what you were doing and where you were putting my change. Then after taking a little bit longer, she finally comes over and hands me my food (thankfully didn't throw the food in my hands and drop it all over the ground like my change) then looks at me and points her finger at me and asked "Are you Dianna??" I said no. Then she seemed in a hurry again and said "Oh okay nevermind have a good night." Okay? So you had a question which I am more than happy to answer for you and gave you an honest answer instead of trying to see what you could possibly give me for free insinuating that I was Diana but, it's the way she blatantly pointed at me and asked me that. For one, that is super disrespectful to point at somebody the way she did and second, I work in customer service and I get it, you get busy, but I would never, EVER point my finger at someone's face or in general for that matter to ask them a question. Read morethis dq continues to disappoint i came through and ordered a water and a butterfinger blizzard with peanut butter and fudge added to it and somehow i got charged for a lemonade and the peanut butter and fudge that were never added to the blizzard. I refresze my blizzards because this dq also never turns them upside down and so they’re always slightly melted, anyways i waited 2 hours for it to refreeze, took the lid off and there’s none of the ingredients i added so i went back and they wouldn’t let me keep the messed up blizzard even though it was there mistake and they just threw it away instead of telling me to keep it and they remade my blizzard all melted once again and needs hours to re solidify. AGAIN. this dq never goes above and beyond for anyone, i asked for a second water as well and was charged an additional .25 which no big deal but you’d think they’d know i wanted two waters when i said a second water. just no care. so mad. the store can’t even take a second to answer one of the 15 calls i’ve made. never eating here again and this store needs...
