My daughter took me to this place on Mother’s Day. It was a Mother’s Day brunch & we had reservations. I have never seen anything so disorganized in my life. My daughter bought a coffee. It took 15 minutes to get her coffee and it was the wrong one so we had to wait another 15 minutes We gave them our food order, 30 minutes later the hostess assured us our food is on its way. It was coming out soon. Sorry for your wait. Well 20 minutes later the waiter comes to ask, what did you order? We told them a second time we waited and waited and another couple were waiting also And then somebody else came in with their child and they received their food 10 minutes of placing it! So I stopped the waitress and said where is our food we have been here an hour and a half waiting so she asked me what I ordered and I said it does not matter and then she wanted to know what my name was and I said my name is called leaving because I am leaving right now, and this girl had enough nerve to stick her arm out to block me from leaving, to exit I was like excuse me we are leaving. Worst place so unorganized so unprofessional I will never go back there again. I’d advise you not...
Read moreI absolutely love the experience and atmosphere of this place. However, the prices of drinks are getting a bit out of hand. I got a specialty latte from their menu, which states that specialty drinks range in price from $6.50 - $7.50, which I find a bit much but reasonable for a small business cafe like this. However, I was charged $10.14 for my latte. And while it tastes decent, it is not worth $10.14. Especially considering the flavoring they use is one they already have consistently in stock, so not a cause for a higher price. I also don't appreciate the lack of transparency regarding the price of drinks. You can order a latte and be charged $2 extra purely for adding caramel syrup to an otherwise plain latte. Again I love the experience, but you won't find it a welcome place for younger groups because the price is simply too high for college students like myself. I also want to add the context that I worked for a small business coffee shop and so do have a basic understanding of the interworking of a small business...
Read moreIf you are looking for the perfect place to host your next event, look no further. Your Coffee Place is it! My brother's initial wedding rehearsal brunch plan was canceled due to Hurricane Helene, and we were forced to make other plans within 24 hours of our event. Nina, one of the owners, was so accommodating and helped pull together a plan. Within that short 24-hour window, Nina ensured we had a wonderful brunch menu put together and had her space clean and ready for us the morning of the event. The day of the event, she executed everything seamlessly and ensured all of our needs were met. The coffee was delicious, and the breakfast was amazing. All of our guests truly enjoyed themselves. Nina, thank you for everything you did to make my brother's rehearsal brunch so special. You went above and beyond. I look forward to coming back to visit you guys...
