We love having JB's close by. Food is reasonably priced and most times very good. On this visit Friday 6/20, I was disappointment in the service and in small part by the food. We ordered a chicken tender basket, no cole slaw but with a double order of french fries. After waiting several minutes past the 15 minutes we were quoted over the phone our food was delivered. I checked everything and found that we didn't get the double order of french fries. I sat for a couple more minutes waiting for the additional fries when an employee, a young boy came to the window and said " you didn't order a double order of fries" I told him we did I was sitting right next to my wife when she called it in, and besides if we didn't why was there no cole slaw. At this point he could have had my additional fries made and sent me away a happy customer. Instead, he told me I was wrong!! That is horrible practice in any business!! At that point I just left, a little pissed off. Some training on how to deal with order errors is in order. And to top it off the fries we did get were rather undercooked and soggy. Usually this is my go-to ice cream spot, and Iâve always loved coming here, but itâs honestly gone WAY downhill lately. Today was the last straw. I ordered something simple, and it still came out wrong. When I politely asked for it to be remade, the woman working was extremely rude and basically acted like I was inconveniencing her just by asking for the order I actually paid for.
Then she told me if I wanted it fixed, Iâd have to pay AGAINâwhich would be understandable if the mistake was mine, but it absolutely was not. The attitude was completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

When I asked for a remake, the woman (who I later found out is one of the owners) was extremely rude. She refused to even touch the food to fix the mistake and treated me like I was the problem. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just pure attitude and disrespect.
The cashier also never read my order back to me, which couldâve avoided all of this in the first place. If this is how ownership handles customers, itâs a major red flag. I wonât be back anytime soon and Iâll be telling my friends to steer clear too.
