Pros the food is AMAZING well the ribs at least. I did a pickup order husband did a online order the difference is astonishing! My ribs looked and tasted amazing his were no where near the same size as mine they looked much smaller and much more dry sucks right! 4 stars because of that and the female mgr that was in today when I called to inform her of the way they packaged my food they put the potatoes on the Bottom and the slab on top because of this when I put it in the back seat before I could close the door the entire bag tipped over. immediately I thought now who would put heavy meat on top of containers that don't match their weight accepting my fate and half the ribs on the ground i made the decision to call the restaurant back just to inform them of the stacking in the bag issue INSTEAD when I told her my incident she immediarely raised her tone and said we pack them like that all the time. I said I understand before I could say anything else she "sounding irritated" went just bring everything back and we'll replace your order ok! I was trying to let her no it's my loss just pack ur bags differently cause u can't rely on everyone to have the same physical strength I couldn't even get it out cause she hung up. Just do better at the customer service part Mrs. mgr not everyone is looking for a replacement all the time even though it's the right thing to do geez. Anyway the ribs were delicious and so was my huge loaded spud would definitely buy again however it does suck online orders don't get the same big juicy...

It's been years since I've been here but nothing has changed. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. Your order is taken and the food is bought to your table in a very timely manner. She asked us several times if we needed anything. We did not. It's not your typical waitress-type restaurant. It's really a level above fast food but miles better because you actually get what you ordered and correctly 🤣 It is time for Billy to do some redecorating. The booths came over with my ancestors and are torn or ripped in several places. Some of the tables felt like a permanent grime lives there. It needs a touch-up. Bad! The food was good as expected. I had ribs, pulled pork, mac-n-cheese and fries. We can gone and throw the mac-n-cheese and cheese away with those beat up booths. Everything else was excellent. My husband had brisket, ribs, and sausage along with baked beans and potato salad. He said the sausage was the best from a BBQ place he's had. He enjoyed his side...

Having just moved from Louisville and going through some serious BBQ withdrawals, I decided to give this place a go. I went with the half rack with a side of beans and coleslaw.

The ribs had great bark on them, and were flavorful. They may have been just a touch dry, but it was probably because they were a little undersized. The very polite lady who waited on me noticed this when plating my to-go order and threw in an extra rib for my trouble. I was also on the fence about getting coleslaw (because I am more of a vinegar slaw fan than mayo) and she gave me a sample to try before I committed.

I have to say--very impressed with the food and service! The baked beans were excellent too, which is sort of my benchmark for a great BBQ place. Anyone with a smoker can put how have decent barbecue, but when the sides are good you know you...
