Burger King — Restaurant in Troy

Place is trash!!!! I went there today, ordered at the drive through. My total was $7.11. I pull up to the window, I wait 5 mins while a blonde haired lady is swapping out every cash register drawer… still waiting after 5 more mins. The blonde then proceeds to get someone to take my money. The girl says “what did you order?” I just look at her in disbelief. She takes me $20.11 and says “Did you get the whopper jr meal with no lettuce,tomato and onion. I said yes but then she says “the honey ranch wrap” and closes the window. She comes back to the window with less change than what I should’ve got and I proceed to tell her I only got a meal not a wrap. My whole order was $7.11. This girl gets someone else and again waiting and waiting. I had to get to an appointment and I decide to honk my horn to get their attention as it’s been well over 15mins. I told the girl I just wanted my $20 back and that I am going to be late if I keep waiting. She gives me my $20 back and “I’m so sorry”…. So I didn’t get a meal and they got 11 cents for being idiots. Mine you the girl had some white film on her mouth that was extremely disgusting and I’m rather glad I didn’t get food from there! I went to go get chicken fries and two honey mustard chicken wraps with extra sauce and lettuce,I got the chicken wraps got home open them up there was barely any lettuce, and the sauce was dripping out of the wrap, almost like they saw it was extra sauce and intentionally put that much because I asked, when I called up and told them that I asked for extra sauce and lettuce and got barely any lettuce and that it was dripping with sauce the lady over the phone said " you did get extra lettuce and sauce" or something about how I had got the extra lettuce and sauce, And since I had just told her that I had gotten barely any lettuce and extra sauce, I hung up and went up there, and when I went up there and asked to speak to the manager, who was the same lady over the phone she told me that she did not say that over the phone and that she said something completely different and at that point it was just an argument. by far the absolute WORST customer service I have ever gotten, to the short girl with glasses who said you were the manager, step it up and be a better manager if you actually are one. Id have pictures but the food was taken to quick for me to say anything. But...

I would give my pinky toe to be able to give this location 0 stars. we ordered online (whopper with cheese and chicken fries meal) got to the speaker while 5 workers stood outside talking. it took 2 minutes for something to run back inside and acknowledge us then another almost 5 to actually help us. we get our food and check the bags and the onion rings were ice cold and no chicken fries. pulled back through and explained to them and her response was "oh well actually we don't have chicken fries" I asked if I was going to get a refund or if I can get anything else and she had to get her manager in which the manager responded "we aren't giving refunds you need to figure it out through the app" I can understand needing to it through the app since that's how we ordered it but how could you be aware that you don't have something and not say anything to the customer or offer a substitute? ended up getting half cooked chicken nuggets inside. yum I worked at Burger King as my first job and there is not a single aspect about this job that is difficult. do NOT go to this location, take the extra 10 minute drive and go...
