I was going to leave 1 start but ill explain why I left 2..We stopped here while passing through. We stood in the doorway for over 5 mins confused if we seat ourselves or not, as there is no sign and no one greeted us, even though several employees walked by. The menu looked good and the photos looked good. But that's where it ended. There were 3 adults a 2 kids and all 3 adults agree that this is the worst resturant we have ever been. I read the reviews and all I can come up with, is they are from people that know them because the food was barely edible. The prices didn't match the food. My daughter ordered kids Mac n cheese and she got a large spoon full of that .33cent boxed crap which wouldn't have been bad, but they charged $7! I wouldn't have paid more than $1 for it...that's where the 2 stars come, after some heavy complaining, the server brought her some more. My other child ordered chicken nuggets and fries, they were both over cooked and hard as a rock, he couldn't eat it.. our adult meals were priced okay around $12 each, but the portions were so small...we spent $65 with tipping and then went to McDonald's in Collinsville..we will never eat here again, and for the life of me, I can't understand why they were...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePay attention to how much the food is priced on the menu and what you are charged on your check. This establishment has fraudulent business practices. We have been here on three occasions, and on all three occasions we have been overcharged for our food. The first time, we thought it was a mistake. But on the second and third visits, it became clear that this is how the restaurant is run. If you pay attention to the menu, everything is priced ending at .95. However, when you go to pay at the cash register, they ring every item at a .99 price point. Sure, sounds like no big deal. However, think about how much that accumulates over the course of a day. If a family of four orders 8 items ending with .95 on the menu and are charged 4 cents more, they end up spending 32 cents more on their transaction. Multiply that by all of the customers that come through weekly, and you're talking about hundreds of dollars worth of dishonest money. I have no problem paying 4.99 for a waffle, just list it as such on the menu. We won't be back...

Walked up the weired "hallway" until we made it to the "front" where we stood watching wait staff avoid us on their phones behind the counter and doing whatever else.
A gentleman server finally greeted us and told us to have a seat, we went to sit down and the table was dirty. Finally found a clean table and got seated.
Ordered coffee and water. The coffee was awful. Tasted stale and burnt. I ended up ordering just 1 biscuit and gravy. It wasn't bad. Took a bit to get our check. Wasn't sure how we were supposed to pay so I left cash and walked out.
Short staffed or not. Customer service is customer service. Having worked in the serving industry. I felt they were lazy and miss...
