Krystal — Restaurant in Troy

Enterprise is the worst Krystal's! Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. several cars in the parking lot so I went in but the doors were locked the employee came to the door unlocked it and said you need to go to the drive-thru so I went back to the drive-thru and she was very rude she took my order and number four and I asked specifically for a tater tots not fries so I get up to the window she's incredibly rude she did not give me my drink and then she said here's your trailer here's your fries I said no they're supposed to be tater tots and she said oh yeah they're tired she said are you sure she said yes I leave I look they're not they're fries so I've called the number on the receipt and she called me a liar and hung up on me so I try to get a corporate number non-existent can't even speak to anybody so okay you got you get it wrong things happen I've been fast food but there were busy extremely long wait times and they were rude so rude and they were sitting in boost talking to men but they weren't helping customers I mean the fact that the management did not address it do not care so I came back to the same facility and said here's a prize I would like to hear talks with cheese and I will pay for them and she said oh no you're ready for him you just want free food I'm nervous about this I work fast food I've been customer fast food it's it's unacceptable by all means I will never use this place again and if you're an Enterprise go anywhere else do not go to the crystals and Enterprise unless you don't mind being disrespected and you don't mind taking forever for food and then it be wrong so if I could give it zero Stars I would hope this...

We enjoy eating at Krystal. But, the Troy restaurant has the worst review by me. We as a family usually eat at Krystal 1-2 per week. We decided to go and eat there on 4 different shifts to see if anything would change from crew to crew. Nothing really changed except 1 young girl tried to clean the dining area and was told to stop and take orders while others sat on their rumps and did nothing. Well here is my rant. The food came out quick. The buns on the burgers were soggy. The dining area was very nasty, no tables were cleaned, trash on the floor, ceiling leaks water from the sweating A/C onto your food, and other issues. Also, we were the only customers in the building. Everyone was playing on their phones, joking and carring on, manager was reading a novel and shopping on line. I guess the manger is there to draw a check, because it sure isn't to manage. Krystal as.of now is our least favorite place to eat in Troy. If its rating by me gets better,...

Some of the food was good but the rest was cold. I stopped in to get a quick bite on the way to the next stop on my service route and ended up spending 35 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me in line the entire time. No legit reason for that, in my opinion. I would like to add that this is not my only visit to this location. [I have come by during lunch and received excellent service in a timely fashion.] But this is not the first negative experience I've had with the evening shift. I thoroughly dislike leaving negative reviews. My advice would be to visit this location during the day, but please do visit them for your own...
