We had one of the rudest servers I have ever had. She brought drinks to everyone one person in our group. His tea was sitting right beside her at the stand she was standing at. He raised his hand and motioned for her and she shouted...I will be right there, so I shouted right back, do you mind bring him his tea?? She brought it over, he thanked her and she never said a word, just walked away. 3 of us ordered salads. We got them and came back and set down. No silverware on the table. We tried to stop her two times as she walked buy. On the third time, I just leaned out to block her path and told her we needed something to eat our food with. She brought it and set them all down on the table and I handed them out to the 5 of us. She brought out one of the food orders and said the others were on their way. After 3 or 4 minutes she brought out the other two plates. One was missing his brickley, she said she would be right back with it. It never made it to the table. We had all ran out of drinks by this time and we had to stop her again to ask for refeels. 3 of us thanked he and we didn't even get so much as a grunt back from her. Then she brings out the appitser I had ordered. I thanked her, again nothing. When she brought out checks out, she put them at one end of the table, I handed them out to everyone. One of our party members left the exact change, one paid with all Bill's and the rest were paying with cards. She picked up the two that left cash and left our cards on the table. She came back and laid the money down from the order that paid the exact change, minus the change. She said, she didn't pay enough and walked away, again leaving the cards on the table. I looked at the check and the total was $13.21, I got a quarter and put it on top of the bill's. She came back, look to see how much the ticket was then counted the money. This is when she mumbled under her breath "No tip? I guess I work for free." And without stopping to think I said, "I guess you do when you are rude as hell to everyone at our table. I then went through the list of everything above, picked up my CC and handed it to her. And I know, she could have been having a bad day, but it does not take much to say...
Read moreFirst, this location’s standard of cleanliness is subpar. The floor is so sticky that my shoes stick to it repeatedly. It did not appear that anyone was concerned at bussing tables, as the tables surrounding us were all dirty and piled with dishes. They were in the same state when we left. I’m truly amazed that this location is still open, as many of these observations have been noted by other reviewers. In the subject of service, the hostess was not in position when we entered the establishment. When she did finally reenter her position, she didn’t seem too terribly interested in making sure we had the things that were necessary. She asked how many people, and started walking to the table (without saying anything to us). She places the menus on the table and we did not see her again. Our waitress was kind, but she also did not ensure we had things that we needed. We had to ask for silverware, they brought a kids menu for our child but no crayons or anything for him to use, we also asked for a high chair which was placed on the opposite side of where he was seated. Lastly, my husband ordered a NY strip steak cooked medium with loaded French fries. We ordered the crispy shrimp with grilled zucchini for our son, and I ordered the Parmesan shrimp pasta and the garden bar. I will note here that we have been to Ruby Tuesdays many times. I know what my order is supposed to look and taste like. My husband’s steak was overcooked and looked like a piece of rubber. My pasta had zero tomatoes and looked very much unseasoned. The garden bar looks as though the selection of items has been reduced, however, it is not well stocked. I have no complaints on my son’s meal, although I will mention we did not try it after the issues with our own food. Needless to say, we did not eat our food. This location used to be a wonderful place to stop. We drive an hour to get here and it is AWFUL. I would not recommend this...
Read moreThe WORST restaurant I have even been to. We were passing through and decided to order from here since we normally like Ruby Tuesdays. We wanted to let the dog and kids run around so we just decided to eat outside, but I went in the use the restroom and my husband picked up our food. While inside the restaurant going to the bathroom I noticed the floors were black in the walkways, and the floor in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week! My husband said that when he went to get the food the servers were rude and made him feel like they didn't have time to answer his questions. The burgers we got were nothing special, we could have gotten the same quality at Sonic. The fries were bland, and we didn't even have salt to help with the flavor. The noodles in my cajun chicken meal were undercooked, and there was not enough sauce so they were also dry. The bread stick was chewy. The zucchini was cooked nicely, but has zero salt, and anyone who eats zucchini knows it needs salt. They gave me sweet tea instead of the lemonade I ordered. When we paid for our meal online it showed a 70 dollar charge, but when I clicked on the order now button it said 59 and some change (including tip and tax). The recipe we received didn't show the price on it so we're not sure what is going on there. We ordered 50 minutes in advance, but i guess that wasnt enough and they needed 10 extra minutes. If you're thinking about stopping here, don't do it. However, you'd probably have better luck at the Waffle House next door. I would rather eat McDonald's or Taco Bell than eat at this location again. This is probably the worst review I've ever written, but I really wanted to give a good picture of what to expect if you gamble on...
