Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

I was here on 7-18-24 @ 12:35. After waiting 8 mins to be acknowledged by the staff, I finally asked one person if I could place an order and he informed me I would have to ask his co-worker. I then asked her if I could purchase one if the lunch specials that was already made and sitting in the warmer. She informed me that online orders came first and they did not have time to sell me the pizza. There were 5 other customers in the store that left along with myself once she told us this. Undoubtedly, the owner of this establishment is losing a lot of revenue due to employees having this type of attitude. There was a third worker there that just was walking around doing nothing. I never have been one to post reviews but this is the 2cd time something like this has happen to me at this location. I will not be going back to this location. Little Ceasar in Troy, Al has lost my business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. A few weeks ago I went online and ordered a quattro pizza and if ordered online then soda was suppose to be free. I was so excited to finally be able to try this pizza. I was charged for my soda, and when I got to the store it was a mess. I was greeted by a couple of high schoolers who didn't seem to know how to solve a simple math problem let along come up with a solution to the issue that I was charged for my soda. I was told that they have nothing to do with this, and that I could take it up with corporate. The girl that was taking money told me to step aside so that she could serve another costumer without solving my concerns. My pizza was not good it was cold. I was treated poorly by some high schoolers at Little Ceasar...

My favorite restaurant in Troy Alabama it use be by Chinatown and Troy State University Go Troy Trojans college life I ordered my myself alot of Pizza with my debit card this place is so traditional and I love the fact I only order during the day I buy the different pizza for myself and I love the fact you guys are better than Pizza Hut and Papa John's and you can order alot at one time and bring home and sleep in college life I love those personal pans and we love the fact sodas are a blessing and always ordere what they have ready Go during the day only I been in Foxcroft Apartments all my life I just grab what ready and pay with my debit card and leave 4 Pizza are a must when they ready love you guys Go Troy Trojans...and Plain Wings are the best and a 2 Liter Coke and people notice this the best Pizza...
