Tonight I drove to this location and was going to go inside. There was yellow tape as it looked like some concrete wad broken so could not go in. So I drove around to the drive thru. I advised the person that I had a coupon for “Whopper meal for two.” She asked me for the number. It is really too small so I asked if they had another door to enter. She said yes, a side door so I parked again, got out and went inside. I gave the coupon to the girl, who by the way, seemed like she did not want to be there. I also asked for onion rings instead of fries. I asked that one burger have no lettuce and no cheese. She gave me the cups for the drinks. I proceed to get my drinks and everything on the list at the soda machine was empty! I told the girl that everything was empty. She filled my cups from the machine at the drive through window. Then, she gave me my order only to find she gave one onion ring and one fry. She, unhappily, replaced the fries with onion rings. I had two large drinks and I had to ask for a drink carrier. I get home and the order was correct, however, there was so much sauce and mayonnaise on both burgers that when you picked it up to eat everything slid off!! It was the worst hamburger I have ever had! I was furious!! Since I did not have time to go back, we just took the meat out of the bun, which was so wet, with all of that mayonnaise, we could not eat it! The floor of the kitchen was a disaster area! They were walking on food on the floor! I will not ever visit this location again! It was horrible! I believe you need to send your regional manager to this store and get this place in gear!

Read moreI ordered online. They close at 12:00am. I was there at 11:39pm. No one acknowledged me via the speaker. I drove up and knocked on the window. Finally someone came and asked what I wanted. I told him I had an online order and via the app said it would be ready at 11:38pm. It was a little over $18.00. He said he had to get his manager. She slammed open the window and very rudely said what you want. I said look at the Online order which was a double whopper with cheese, bacon cheeseburger, one chicken sandwich, one order of fries, and a drink. She informed me they already put up the meat and could not do the double whopper but could do a couple extra singles which made no sense. I said fine. I was told to park around the front entrance. I received the drink, 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 bacon cheeseburger and 1 fry that maybe had 6or7 fries in it. She hastily shoved open the door, came right to my car, and said here with her bad attitude. I told her thank you and checked my order. Saw it wasn't even what we agreed to. I left and went to McDonald's to get what I didn't get at Burger King costing me extra money. This isn't the first time someone working drive thru has a bad attitude. It happened during lunch and early evening. This is my first complaint as I should have written it way before now. If you go to the Burger King in Troy, Alabama expect attitude because I don't think anyone there...
Read moreThe good, the bad, and the ugly of the Burger King in my hometown: the good, they actually honored having the Impossible Whopper, and I was pleasantly surprised. Burger King, good on you! It's nice to be able to get something vegan in a fast food place. My son even asked to go there for his 13th birthday!
The bad: The Impossible Whopper is a limited time offer. What? This is the same b.s. that happened to Baskin Robbins! My kids were so excited to go get vegan ice cream, and the second time we went there, it was gone, and I thought my kids were going to cry.
The ugly: This is where my review becomes more local. The first night we went there, it was raining. We got a booth big enough for our party, sat down with our delicious IW's without mayonnaise, and halfway through the meal, the ceiling started dripping right beside me. We told someone there, and they just didn't seem to care. I know our location is old. It's been there as long as I can remember, and I'm 42, but the interior has been upgraded. Fix your roof! No one wants to dine with mold, and that's exactly what will happen if the roof is leaking!
Anyway, I do like the new look of the place. The high seat backs make for good noise reduction which helps my kids with their sensory processing issues. If it weren't for the leaking and the limited time of the IW, this would be a five...
